Accommodating up to 6 guests (with the possibility of extra beds for young children), the house combines authenticity, comfort and nature. Original wooden floors and tasteful decoration create a warm and elegant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Living spaces & comfort
The large, bright living-dining room features a closed fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings by the fire.
Wide glass doors open onto the L-shaped balcony, facing east/south-east, surrounding the living room and kitchen and offering spectacular views of the castle and valley. Ideal for outdoor meals or sunny breakfasts during the warmer months.

Fully equipped kitchen
The bright, welcoming kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and a large panoramic window. It also opens onto the balcony.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the town of Bouillon, the castle and the surrounding area. On the terrace is a lovely place. We were surprised on August 20 with a magnificent spectacle, fireworks from the castle. Precisely on the birthday of our daughter !! The location of the house is perfect for all kinds of activities ondernemen.Het nearby house we found not very clean. The dishwasher in the kitchen had no buttons and is to be replaced. Also, it would have been easy if there had been a manual for the kitchen, washing machine and droger.De door of the bathroom on the mezzanine clamps huge, our son also got him out of lock which is not fun was.Ondanks these defects have we had a wonderful sporting holiday and certainly hope to come back again

The large window of the kitchen does not close properly. Several lamps are broken. The top rack of the dishwasher needs to be replaced The blades need to be sharpened or replaced. It has been cleaned well.

The house is ideally located, with a beautiful view of Bouillon, the castle and the Semois. The interior of the house is not in proportion to the intrinsic class of this house, where authentic elements such as marble entrance hall and stairs, fishing grade parquet are alternated with cheap laminate and IKEA cupboards. The design of the kitchen and bathroom is substandard and in urgent need of renewal. If one takes the extra costs (cleaning, taxes, utilities) into consideration, then the price-quality ratio is not good.

The holiday home has a beautiful view of the city, the castle and nature. The house is spacious, but has many defects. Several lamps do not work, the door of the second bathroom does not close, the top drawer of the dishwasher is loose, sinks are dirty due to leaking taps, waste bin in the kitchen is broken.

We could enter the house 2 hours earlier. It was clean, they said. But clean in Belgium is perhaps different than we are used to. Tomato soup splatters on kitchen cabinets, hair, everything very sticky and a lot of spiders and webs. Contacted the owner who said that was because you could enter earlier and so the cleaning lady had to hurry. We think that was a real flop....it was dirty from months. Furthermore, a lot of rickety or broken. Dryer, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, shower....
A lot of money for this house.
The only really super nice thing was the view.

We were in Bouillon 1 midweek with two families. It is fantastic place to be. Many nature and historical places to visit are nearby. Nice restaurant and friendly inhabitants.

Villa was in good location and it was big size but it was not nit and tidy as we were expecting specially yard and town part.

We loved the location of the residence very good and the view of the valley and the river drawing the characteristic Bouillon worth, we have enjoyed a week of forests and nature, on the contrary, we find inside the house not worth 4 stars. The kitchen is a warm and cozy room with a view but what room you are in, you hear everything very well, it was not ideal with a baby who wakes up quickly. The shower room and the games room are outdated, not very fresh, blankets and pillows are to be renewed. There is only one of the four billiard ceu "s which is good, the CD player in the kitchen did not work, a shutter in the salon not rolled down, ... For one couple with two children we found the total price much too high for the quality you get, especially with the extra cost. It is better that you are 3 couples example I delen.Wat the cost would definitely recommend is the viewpoint from Rochehaut, a cozy and quiet village a few dozen km "s of Bouillon and the tavern de la Cottage in Rochehaut where we had very nice (hunting season), there is also a typical farm shop in the village, with ao. beers and delicious cheeses, and a small train around touring. Lovely house with lots of space and plenty to do inside and out. Nice view of the castle, Bouillon and the Semois! Quiet and within walking distance of the center of Bouillon. After a friendly welcome by the owner, who gave several tips for nice restaurants and attractions. Have had a great holiday!
