The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living area where you can cook, dine, and unwind together. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 4-ring hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. After a day outdoors, gather around the dining table or relax in the comfortable lounge with a good film. A modern bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet is also located on this floor.
