very nice place where we had a wonderful long weekend with our two sons aged 15 and 16. a beautiful house built along with the hill (4 spaces with 3 steps each difference in height). the house is full of nature - the grass on which the house is standing blends into the rolling land. lots of glass on both sides making it very light. When the weather is nice, you open everything, giving you the maximum outdoor feeling. plus the swimming pool (in principle shared with the landlord - but we have not seen that at the pool when we were there)

Dear people, If you are looking for peace in a beautiful environment you can stop here quietly. An excellently maintained green house in an oasis of peace, a garden poured so that you can not capture the end with the naked eye. Together with my daughters aged 18 and 16 we could enjoy 4 days in this spacious bright house.Supermarkt on 3 kilometers, small spruce on 1,5kmThe lady of the house is very friendly and speaks perfect Dutch which is also niceThe pool the house gives an added value, of course, but it was above all the beautiful surroundings that opened our mouths. We made beautiful walks where we rarely encountered a car. The ruins of the Villers abbey made us quiet, wonderful. Waterloo is just like Brussels a short distance and although Ittre is very quiet you can visit a lot in the dense area. Among other things, the adventure park in Wavre is a challenge where young and old got their money's worth. It was a short holiday but "one" not to forget. We will definitely come back !!!!

The reception by the owner was very warm. She provided extensive information and was very hospitable. The house is amazing. It has a beautiful architecture that naturally fits into the landscape and fits well with the old house where the owner lives. From all sides the light flows through the glass doors and windows that cover almost the entire wall. As a result, even on a rainy day it is still very nice and light in the house. For lovers of a holiday outdoors, in nature, this is a paradise. The house stands on a huge piece of land, which is much larger than you see in the pictures. The swimming pool offered a variety of company C. and T. (24 and 20 yrs) who had their privacy far from their tent Away from home and cozy came to swim and accompany me, the little M. (2 yrs) who was not out of the lovely pool and his parents (38 and 30 yrs), and then myself as a lady of 70 Which had a lovely calm on the top floor with a large roof terrace and a beautiful view. In the evening, the barbecue is great at the big wooden table. And another advantage the two golfers can endlessly practice their chips without endangering the others. For those who like peace and nature, this is an ideal address. But also for whom a day wants to visit or want to shop museums. Brussels is 30 minutes away, for example. And for the history lovers there is Waterloo, which is worth a visit. Unfortunately, we only had one week but I think there are many more fun outings.

Cottage was good, please note for the next guests that it is a search. It is in fact at number 9 and not at number 11. House was otherwise fine. There were a few places that were not so clean and some things didn't work so well, but these were handled adequately by the caretaker.

We are kindly welcomed by Claudine who showed us around the house quickly and accurately and showed us the swimming pool. She had plenty of sightseeing tips. It is a spacious and bright house, the location wonderfully quiet.

Arrival fine, warm lady, very good Dutch speaking. Beds made up, everything was clean and worked. Very nice and very warm swimming pool. Beautiful location and nice villages and markets around it. For us, the sloping plane of ronquieres was something very special. We will definitely be back next year. It would be nice to be a laundry / dry combination.

The link in the email from Belvilla led to a different location. Through the address with Google maps it finally found. But touring in the area is not wrong, you really drive between the corn fields and farms. Magnificent! We were warmly received by the owner of the house. She showed us the house and the swimming pool. There was an unpleasant surprise for the children, the trampoline and swings on the pictures were not present. Also the WiFi was limited because the owner did not have much more left. She also turned off all the power in her house as she went away for a day or when she went to bed so that we no longer had WiFi, but also no hot water early in the morning, before she was awake because the boiler was also powered off.

Beautiful house in a quiet area. Claudine welcomed us warmly, we immediately felt welcome! The cottage was not immaculate and because there are no fly windows anywhere, there were quite a lot of insects (moths, mosquitoes, spiders, flies) inside. In general, the house needs a thorough refurbishment. The house cat Neige was a big plus for our two daughters, they played with him for hours

The building is in need of a thorough refurbishment inside and out. Also the access to the pool and the building is neglected. My wife and children were even averse to some things. The condition of the house and surroundings does not correspond at all to the photos on the website. Belvilla urgently needs to check itself, actually I should reclaim half of the rent. The plus is the friendly welcome and hospitality of the owner.

The house was not clean. Obviously it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly for months. There are cobwebs everywhere. The windows have not been cleaned in months. There is a great view but no furniture outside to enjoy it and the dirty windows distract your attention. The WiFi has not worked for 2 days. There is no hot water, we cannot take a shower. The owner can not tell us when the hot water will work again, This is not a good holiday destination. We paid too much money for this house, very unfortunate because we were looking forward to it.

Lieu d 'etre is a special house in a beautiful spot the view is lovely, the whole house will experience -by large windows- the proximity of nature around you.' It is light, bright and spacious. Ittre is very central to many beautiful Brussels, Leuven, Namur and Mons are nearby, there are beautiful gardens to visit, walks near home ... The village offers plenty of amenities for groceries (delicious fresh bread!) And Nivelles is close (large shopping mall). "It was for us (50 officers) clearly states that" t is a fine place to stay with children, the large garden (containing swings, a half-pipe (with skates!) We were surprised by the size of the house. The pool was very pleasant temperature and good size. The rest to the house was nice. However, the terrain is not flat. Through the large windows and the light blinds it was soon warm in the house and we have not slept enough. The many stairs in the house were sometimes obstakel.Het outdoor furniture was disappointing. The beds were fine. The shower was heerlijk.Wij have made trips to Brussels (city and Atomium), Leuven (beautiful city!) And Waterloo.In Nivelles you good shopping and errands.

It is a spacious, bright house with a playful design (remember the many small steps in the home) and a large beautiful garden, where we unfortunately have to make than we would have liked. A small piece of this delicious Brussels under stay. Tucked between the hills with lots of space and tranquility. Receipt by the owner was very cordial. House with lots of light and very playful by the layout. Swimming pool and trampoline there and the kids were quite content. Ideal for those who want to escape for a week.

We have in May 2014 had a wonderful week in this cottage. The location is really great, what a view and freedom. The hostess speaks good Dutch and was very charming. We really felt at home in the spacious, cozy home. The swimming pool is in the house of the owner, was great for the kids (good temperature and appropriate size). & QuotBeter than expected "& quotgezellig" & quotknus "& quotheerlijk quiet in nature" and & quotniks fallen short "the reactions of the other family members (children 12 and 10 years).

We had a very nice holiday in Lieu d 'Etre. The very friendly and willing owner speaks very good Dutch so it stays in a French speaking area to do well. The first one arriving, we were all surprised the first night with a deer on the lawn just behind the house and also pheasants and partridges been seen. The enormous lawn invites to sporting action, it can also be wonderfully comfortable and read where an advantage is that you can find. always find a sunny spot The shadow can be found among such diverse fruitbpmen. Regarding visiting various cities is also very much possible. Brussels, Halle, Waterloo, but also Leuven are within very short or reasonable distance. bit further away but very good with a reach three quarters are Namur, Mons, Tournai, Lille in France but is just a little bit further. For Nivelles shopping is what a nice place it is only a ten minute drive max. The shopping center is located on the right side of nivelles just on the outside. So very easy. Overall for a varied holiday a good base, we have had very good anyway.

Even at the time of booking we had high expectations for this holiday. And those are uitgekomen.Bijzonder quiet location, very unusual and beautiful home. Full free location, and beautifully uitzicht.De receipt and further contacts with the landlady were very welcoming, and they speak good Nederlands.Brussel and Waterloo are close by and worth a visit waard.Nivelles (Nivelles) is 15 minutes away. Great shopping, and a beautiful stadscentrum.Een weekend is too short. For longer stays certainly bring your walking shoes!

In the May Day holiday enjoyed Mr. plek.Heerlijk like a lot of light in the home, beautiful rolling pasture at the door (vliger along). Property is nicely furnished, also cattle games and movies (Coor different ages) aanwezig.Zwembad just goed.De owner is not explicitly present, but very friendly and they speak Nederlands.In are close ineterssante waterworks (cable for boats and a botenlift.Waterloo kind of historical awareness (on zondagochetnd a huge flea market in the parking lot of Carrefour in waterloo). In the house are some kelien afstapjes there, you have to keep in mind (eg in terms of wheelchair that does not really work).

This house is really a aanrader.De owner was very friendly, we felt really welcome. They also speak excellent Dutch.
