Ideal place for children to brengen.Eigen ball pool in the room, chickens and turkeys right next to the cottage, farmhouse near ... The chalet is spacious and the kitchen well ingericht.De location is also ideal for other destination in the surroundings rijden.Misschien 1 minus the cottage is for 6 people and there is only one seat so when you "come home at night and even with z 'n all want to relax only two, max three persons sitting in the seat and rest had a seat but this is muggenziften.Topverblijf!

Very nice little house in the middle of nature, everything made of wood, warm atmosphere, plenty to do for children, wooden train set, Clics, and ball pit. The veranda has lovely lounge chairs and a beautiful view! There are many fun activities nearby to do with your family such as Parc Chlorophylle, the water gardens of Annevoie, Domain of Chevetogne, the caves of Han/Hotton/Remouchamps, the Nisramont reservoir, the wildlife park in Saint Hubert, the waterfalls of Coo, the nature area with the Ninglinspo waterfalls, the Labyrinth of Barvoux, the castle ruins of Logne in Vieuxville, and swimming in the river in Maboge, etc. At the house, you have plenty of space around you, a large sandbox, slide, swing, play equipment, seesaw, and table tennis table. The garden is completely fenced, so it's nice and safe, and the deer and chickens/roosters also border the garden. The only downside we found was that the roosters start crowing quite loudly every morning around 4:45 AM....

Had a very nice holiday, especially for small children it is great. Everything is in the house, playroom, playground, farm and lots of animals. Reception at the reception was good, the lady was friendly and gave clear explanations about the state of affairs. Some things are a bit outdated in the house but that did not bother us. Pay the deposit in advance and get it back within 2 weeks after deduction of energy consumption. In short, a nice house in a very nice area, worth repeating.

Our second visit to La Ribambelle. Cottage is still simple. But for kids (in our case 5 and 7 years) really great! And if the kids enjoy, then daddy / mom / grandma / grandfather also enjoy. Experience everything in the area and beautiful nature.

Everything is charged separately .. Gas, electricity .. You have to note down all energy ciifers on arrival and departure and pay the difference. No sheets, towel, hairdryer, shampoo, soap .. everything has to be brought from home. We have rented 2 children's beds but we were charged 4. Emergency number person was not that friendly. Guarantee sign is only refunded after weeks. Nice playroom available for children. Rooms were not preheated was very cold. Heats up quickly after turning on the heating. Nice cozy house with a balcony and a playground. Rooms were clean.

Very nice location! Nice house, with playroom and nice garden. House is a bit old-fashioned, but that makes it cosy. The only downside were the mice. They were under the sofa and I saw them in the kitchen in the morning. This meant that I was not "comfortable" with my children (who were not bothered by this at all). There were traps here and there. there is a chicken coop at the house where you can collect eggs. We did not find any eggs, but we did receive a box from the farmer. Electricity has been neatly debited from the deposit, which we later received. Friendly hostesses at the reception, which are a few meters from the house was.

Spacious house, could be better maintained (uncut grass, uncut hedges, no fire detector). Ideal for children (nice sandpit, nice private swing, nice playroom) and dogs (completely fenced garden). Quiet and very pleasant place.

The arrival was good. The staff speak Dutch well. Things were broken in the house and it was very dusty. After indicating a number of things were neatly corrected. The area is beautiful and the playground at the cottage too. Very nice with the deer chicken ponies and ostriches. The area is beautiful and there are many fun things to do that you also received from a reception on a brochure.

The house smelled musty on arrival, the days before it was empty and it was not ventilated in advance, however it is close to the desk where the key was picked up, so it is not a big effort one day before someone pulls in the chalet good to AIR! superficially it was clean but on closer inspection there were cobwebs hanging on the beams, the stove and the fridge were in need of renewal, the fridge became very cold (looks like a freezer). The grass was also not mowed on arrival. However for 60 euro cleaning costs you could thoroughly brush this chalet and drive down the grass!

Chalet is right next to the reception desk (where the keys are picked up from different holiday homes and camping nearby). Furthermore, it is a quiet village with beautiful green surroundings and close to beautiful Durbuy. The chalet itself is refreshed and the bathroom needs to be renovated. Nice open kitchen and nice playgrounds for children!

During our stay, the holiday home had an increased presence of mice that were already used to the presence of people. At quiet times and especially at night, the presence of mice was clearly noticeable visually and audibly. Also based on the various locations where mouse droppings could be observed, it is clear that there was an increased presence of mice during our stay. However, due to the rural location of the house, the presence of mice is difficult to rule out.
The chalet itself is authentic and offers basic comfort. Those who do not like too much luxury will certainly find this a great base to explore the beautiful region.
The chalet was in a clean condition except under cupboards and beds. This had clearly been forgotten by the cleaning crew.

The house was not too clean, very dusty and tired .. She could use a makeover .. On top of that, there were 2 dead mice in 1 of the cupboards. This problem was immediately resolved after we reported it to the reception .. A nice house for the children, the play area and garden is a big plus ..

The cottage was easy to find. The environment was very beautiful and unique. What I also really liked was the privacy. Only the house was very dirty. There was fat with moths in the over.etens leftovers on the tablecloth. Washbasin pits brown and filthy, sink sink was clogged.A private affair of someone lay under my bed. So on and on, so 60euro will not be used for cleaning. The residents after me would see a tidy house. I had two days of walking on my holiday.

I found it very bad how we found the house. It looked like it had not been cleaned. We discussed this at the reception and the cleaning costs were reduced by half. We did not feel welcome at this park. At least we got that feeling a bit when we first met the reception staff. We were not even asked if we had a good trip and how we had experienced our first night in our house.

Huisje Ribambelle is fun for children because of the possibility to slide into the ball pit. To get to the children's bedroom, you have to go through another bedroom. The state of maintenance is deplorable, completely worn out and not cleaned properly. We had to clean it ourselves. Dirty cutlery drawer with crumbs and dirty, greasy knobs on the stove. The tablecloth was not clean, etc. We didn't report it because who would come to clean it? Given other reviews, we had already taken this into account. We had good days otherwise because it wasn't too hot. The last few days it got warm, and then the wooden house becomes very hot. There is no proper sunshade and no screens. There is a refrigerator with a very small freezer compartment. There are enough plates and glasses, but no tea glasses or mugs, which meant we had to drink coffee and tea from tiny cups. A bit illogical altogether. The garden is nice for children, fully enclosed with a sandbox and play equipment. There is also a pen with chickens and roosters adjacent to it. Around 3:45-4 o'clock, the roosters start crowing, so you need to be a good sleeper not to wake up from it. On the other side of the garden is a field with deer, very nice. The cottage is on the same grounds as the reception of Ardennesonline where the key is picked up. Behind that is a kind of farm where you are also welcome according to the friendly owner. It is very confusing to book with Belvilla and then deal with the conditions of Ardennesonline. We had a lot of hassle beforehand due to conflicting messages about the children's bed and high chair. On-site, there are friendly and helpful people at the reception. We had a bird's nest in the exhaust hood drain. Within an hour, someone from the technical service was there to solve the problem. However, we could no longer use the exhaust hood afterward; it was broken and was not replaced during our stay. In short, a nice location, but the price/quality ratio is completely off.

The chalet is completely worn out. Enough cobwebs to knit a sweater. The kitchen is even worse, no whisk or meat knives, just one roasting pan. No coffee or tea mugs, so everything is drunk from tiny cups. There are only 6 pieces of most items available. With the fridge on the highest setting, it takes a day for your drinks to be cold, and you can't even make ice cubes in the tiny freezer. Someone also had the brilliant idea to build a chicken coop next to the bedroom, maybe fun for kids, but then don’t put 2 roosters in there that start crowing at 5 AM, preferably as loudly as possible. I even wanted to make vol-au-vent from it. You also book with Belvilla and have to arrange the rest with ardennes-online. In short, definitely not worth the money.

Many problems with landlord. For example, a deposit that will not be returned on time. The tenants are obliged to clean on penalty of fines. As far as final cleaning is concerned. Absolutely not recommended to book anything with this landlord. This does not concern belvilla. Already had dozens of bookings and never had any problems.

This bungalow is ideal for families with small children all kinds of play areas both inside and out! The bungalow is a bit dated and activities you should always get in the car. But in and around the home, the children can safely (fenced yard!) Do play quite tasty!
