The spacious, renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet is available. The vacation home is a short distance from the marina and there is a streetcar stop nearby. The beach is 800 meters away. Within walking distance you will find cozy terraces and restaurants, where you can enjoy a carefree stay.
