Belvilla by OYO La Roca exceeded our expectations! The interiors were stylish and clean, We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and having meals at the large dining table, The kids had a blast in the pool, and the nearby golf course was a hit with my husband!

Beautiful Spanish large holiday home with a fantastic swimming pool and terras.Very nice view over the surroundings and zee.Quiet location and from Castell d'Aro you can go to various nice beaches and pictures.The city of Girona is about 40 minutes away.Tip: on the landlord to pay airo not with a euro per hour machine but with a maximum consumption of electricity in the rent. We were with 6 family members and had a lot of space you must be good on foot because you have to walk some stairs to get to the house reach.Happy holidays.

Clean and well-maintained! We appreciated the attention to detail in the villa, The BBQ grill was a nice addition, and we made good use of it during our stay, It's a short drive to the beach, which was convenient for our family outings

Location and view fantastic. Contact with the contact person went well and smoothly. Our first time in Spain. The house offers enough space for everyone to hang out and do their own things. The photos on the website are accurate but are of the house AND the associated apartment. We thought we had rented a house with 4 to 5 bedrooms. Just the house, so that was a bit of an adjustment. The kitchen was also spacious and everything was present (maybe just a roll of large garbage bags).

Very nice location, great to stay.Prima holidays.A few improvements to think about.1 of the 2 shower rooms present, a bit on the small side.It would be better if all bedrooms could be equipped with air conditioning. With a larger group, it is certainly necessary to have several keys to the house. A possibility to create an extra shade on the large swimming pool plateau.

Spent 3 wonderful weeks in this house. Super pool, beautiful view and nice house. Many stairs, so for people with walking difficulties may be less suitable. Critique, you have to pay extra for the air conditioning (only present in the living room and 1 bedroom). Given the amount that we as a family (5 people) have paid for 3 weeks, you can expect that the use of air conditioning is included and you do not have to exchange money for 1 euro coins for the air conditioning. Because we did not always have coins, the windows were opened in the evening and at night. Unfortunately, no screens. This caused insect-mosquitos inside.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Villa La Roca! Beautiful villa with lots of seating, good bedrooms, a beautiful swimming pool and a beautiful view! The distance to the center and beach are good by car or taxi. Also, the homeowners are well attained which is very nice. The surroundings of this villa are nice, in Platja d "Aro you will find nice restaurants, shops and terraces. For everybody near Villa La Roca, definitely worth a visit!

Location of the house was good. Beach and town by car 5min bereikbaar.Uitzicht was excellent. Terrace and pool was quite nice. Kitchen looked good. Renovation of the house was in proportion to the price very bad. Many maintenance. Beds were poor. Banks were very dusty. No mosquito nets heeeel veeel bothered by mosquitoes. TV very small for the space. Massage shower works for a meter.

Nice full house, beautiful view. Big minus were the bad beds and poor hardware. Part of windows and a sliding door was not locked, but resolved. Pool not heated, it was just to do when an outside temparature of 26 degrees. Lots of stairs to apartment and a hilly \/ style area. Walk to center is not to do, you have to rely on a car. As also indicated predecessors You need Deet against the very aggressive mosquitoes. Despite these issues had a great holiday in this accommodation.

Nice house, suffers from mosquitoes. Air conditioning is recommended to put in the bedrooms beds (mattresses) beter.Locatie need to very good even though you can hear the freeway. The elderly and those who are hard to leg not to bevelen.Schoonmaak reasonable but old dog poop in the yard is not pretty! Further fine house for the purpose of a holiday at sea in the immediate omgevimg and places like Platjo D 'Aro. More you also do not want.

Very good time at this holiday villa. The house is very spacious and consists of the main villa and a separate apartment. The pool is fine, with plenty of loungers. Outside, guests may relax in the shade. Also inside everything is fine, good beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. By car or taxi you to the center, with plenty to experience.

A beautiful spacious house with a separate apartment next door. A phenomenal view of the terrace. Platja D 'Aro is approx. 5 kilometers away and like to go out or to eat. It is hard to find there, especially in the evening, a car park. Deet take because the mosquitoes are very aggressive, even in the daytime . the bumps can be quite large there are no mosquito in the house and you do need it, because a window "is open at night really nodig.Reactie Topic Travel:. your review has been discussed with the homeowner. We find it very annoying that you had problems with mosquitoes during your stay. The location actually has never bothered by mosquitoes. Unfortunately, you had to deal with an exceptional situation. Of course, the homeowner, and we remain alert to this.

It has a private swimming pool for you to enjoy the most of your holiday.The sea is at a 4 km distance from the home. The supermarket is only 1.2 km whereas the restaurants are 1.5 km away. The golf course is 2.5 km from the house.A living cum dining room has air conditioning, dining table for 12 and seating area. Heating will keep you cozy inside.
