There is a private shaded terrace in front of the house and in the huge sunny garden there is a covered barbecue area and a pool. The house also has a washing machine and dryer. You can park directly at the house. Hermagor is located in the Nassfeld - Pressegger See region and offers countless hiking routes, bicycle and mountain bike tours and beautiful panoramic views. The house is only 5 km from the center of Hermagor and 12 km from the small ski area in Weißbriach/Gitschtal. The well-known Nassfeld ski area, Carinthia's most modern ski area, offers 110 kilometers of slopes and 30 cable cars and lifts can be reached in approx. 19 km by car. You can also reach Italy in about 45 minutes by car. In the summer months it is possible to visit the so-called “terrace” directly at the location. Under the old weeping willow you can enjoy various drinks, ice cream creations, salads and numerous dishes. Breakfast or brunch is possible by arrangement.
