The house is situated at an altitude of 1500 metres on the mountain, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. From here, you have direct access to a variety of hiking and mountain bike trails - perfect for an active holiday. There is also a small pond nearby, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether you want to explore nature, relax or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air - our holiday home is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in a country house in St. Gallenkirch in Vorarlberg, near the Silvretta Montafon ski area, and offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), a bathroom and a large terrace. You can park directly at the country house. The municipality of St. Gallenkirch - Gortipohl in Vorarlberg is considered a hub between Silvretta and Verwall, the Grasjoch Bahn connects the Hochjoch and the Silvretta to form one of the largest ski resorts in Austria with 140 kilometers of slopes and 36 lifts/trains. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to a total of 5 ski areas in Montafon. The country house is located in a beautiful, quiet and sunny place, 500 meters from the main road. There are many relaxing walks you can take in the area. There are illuminated cycling and hiking trails, an Aquarena swimming pool and entertainment programs for children. You can rent bikes for free. There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The furnished terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding Montafon landscape. St. Gallenkirch is located 9 km south-east of Schruns and is an ideal starting point for summer and winter sports enthusiasts. The Silvretta Montafon ski area, one of the largest in Austria, offers over 140 kilometres of pistes. Away from the pistes, activities such as snowshoeing, tobogganing on the 5.5 km long natural toboggan run and cross-country skiing on floodlit trails await. In summer, St. Gallenkirch is transformed into a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers. The extensive network of hiking trails leads to breathtaking viewpoints and traditional mountain huts. There are special themed trails for families, which playfully impart knowledge about flora, fauna and history.

The country house Bials is situated on a quiet, sunny south-facing slope, on the edge of the forest above St. Gallenkirch with a wonderful view over the valley and the Silvretta mountains. The 2-person flat (40 square metres) is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. It is beautifully furnished and has all the comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. It is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, cooker with oven, plenty of crockery, satellite TV, CD radio, tea towels, towels and bed linen. There is also a heated ski boot dryer in the house. Table tennis and table football for the young and young at heart. There are plenty of parking spaces available. In summer you can also use the green areas around the house - for sunbathing (deckchairs are available) or simply for a cosy get-together. A barbecue is also available.
