Dette hus har en helt speciel placering på toppen af Slamrebjerg 91 højdemeter over havet, hvorfor huset har en helt fantastisk udsigt over området vest for “bjerget”. Huset er indrettet med entre, et badeværelse, samt et stort bryggers, hvor der er fin plads til eventuelle cykler. Grundet placeringen på “bjerget” og den tætte placering til Paradisbakkerne, er dette et fantastisk udgangspunkt for cykelture. Husets store spisekøkken med brændeovn er det centrale samlingspunkt i huset, Her har I alt hvad der skal bruges til at lave dejlig mad, måske med nogle af Bornholms gode råvare. I stueplan finder i også en lille stue med brænde ovn og udgang til terrassen mod vest, hvor udsigten kan slå benene væk under en. To store soveværelse med dobbeltseng er også i stueplanet. På førstesal finder I en repos, med to enkelt senge, samt et stort soveværelse mod øst. Mod vest ovenover terrassen er der indrettet hyggelig stue med fuld udsigt. Bemærk at der ikke er internet i huset. Til gengæld er der rigtig god mobildækning, så der kan streames til cromecast fjernsynet i opholdsstuen og spisekøkkenet. Bemærk dog at der kun er 30 liter varmtvandsbeholder, så badning skal koordineres. Nærmeste strand er Balka, men vil man bade fra klipper kan det gøres ved Halleklippen nord for Nexø, som også er den nærmeste by, med både restauranter, cafe’er, specialforretninger og en rigtig god handelsby. Huset lejes ikke ud til ungdomsgrupper. På den tilhørende store grund er der masser af plads til leg, hulebyggeri, bålaften og boldspil.
