Holiday cottage on the outskirts of a small village on a closed road with just a few neighbours. The house overlooks open fields and on a clear day you can just see the ocean. There is a terrace surrounding the entire house so you will always be able to find a spot to enjoy the sun or relax in the outdoor whirlpool. The large activity room has treadmill, crosstrainer, airhockey, darts and Nintendo Wii. The beds can be used as both single beds or double beds. The annex has underfloor heating and plenty of room for 2 people. For the children there is a swing and a sandpit. The plot is fenced so the dog can run freely. There is a horse field next to the plot.

Holiday home located on 2000 m2 large plot with plenty of space, light, air and peace and quiet and just about 400 m from the sea, where kayaks can be launched for a trip in Nakskov Fjord and the small islands. The cottage has a wilderness bath with a view of the sea and a large terrace with barbecue. There are Danish channels as well as Chromecast and a SONOS radio. There is plenty of space with 3 good rooms, kitchen, bathroom, large living room and garden room with access to the west-facing garden with wilderness bath and large terrace. For the children there is a sandpit and swing, cot and high chair. The house is heated with air / air heating and oil boiler (1 liter of oil costs DKK 15, -). Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
