Look forward to visiting the new water culture center “Vandværket in Thyborøn.” Here you’ll find a teaching pool, a children’s pool, and a warm-water pool. In addition, you can enjoy the wellness area with physiotherapy, a sauna, and a steam bath. After a relaxing visit to the water culture center, we recommend trying the dish of the day at the Thyborøn Hotel restaurant. Alternatively, you can order take-away if you prefer to enjoy your meal back at your holiday home. This is the ideal place for an active holiday with a large family or a sports club. The house is a former school, equipped with a large kitchen, dining hall, and spacious living room. There are a total of 16 bedrooms, one of which is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The house also has a large gymnasium that offers numerous possibilities for activities such as ball games, table tennis, and hockey – as well as many other options. The hall can be set up for parties of up to 150 people, with catering available upon request. The house is connected to the Thyborøn Sports Center and Camping Site, where you can book the sports hall and all its activities. Additional accommodation in cabins can also be booked at the campsite.

You can look forward to visiting the new water culture center Vandværket i Thyborøn, which offers a teaching pool, a children's pool, and a hot water pool. In addition, there is a lovely wellness area with physiotherapy, sauna, and steam bath. After a relaxing visit to the water culture center, we recommend enjoying the dish of the day in the restaurant at Thyborøn Hotel. Takeaway is also available if you would rather enjoy your meal at home in your summer house. Vrist is surrounded by sea, lake, fjord, and rolling countryside—here, nature is pure and unspoiled. Just 500 m from the fantastic beach on the North Sea lies this large, magnificent activity center, which is heated by energy-saving geothermal energy. The vacation home offers everything your heart desires in terms of entertainment and recreational opportunities. In the activity room, family and friends can compete in both billiards and table tennis. If you are more into water activities, the large swimming pool invites you to spend several hours playing. The 8-person hot tub is located high above the pool and invites you to enjoy a pleasant underwater massage.As something really special, the house has an indoor balcony from which you can watch the swimmers in the pool room. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with double beds and their own flat-screen TV. Most of the rooms have their own exit to the terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful view of the dunes and the landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped and sized for the size of the house, including 2 stoves and a dishwasher. The well-appointed and inviting living rooms have large flat-screen TVs, and the satellite dish provides both Scandinavian and German channels, including Viasat for sports enthusiasts. There is, of course, free internet, and you can also use the house's AV equipment for any presentations.The 15,000 m² outdoor area includes two enclosed dog runs and a 45x90 m soccer field with small and large goals. The property is therefore perfect for soccer clubs on training camps, as the pitch rarely freezes over completely due to its proximity to the sea, unlike pitches further inland. There is also a beach volleyball court, a petanque court, and a very large playground for children with a climbing frame, slide, swings, and a huge sandpit.
