Holiday home in a popular, scenic area on a quiet plot, just a stone's throw from Aabenraa Golf Club, which has one of Denmark's best and most picturesque 18-hole courses. Holiday home in a beautiful location, with a particularly beautiful view in the holiday home area of Skarrev. Both from the terraces and from the house, you have a really beautiful view of the sea.The holiday home was renovated in the summer of 2024, when all windows and doors were replaced with double glazing and the holiday home was painted. The house has a bright kitchen/living room, where you can enjoy cozy get-togethers. From the kitchen/living room, you have direct access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the outdoors all day long. Here you can enjoy both your morning and evening coffee. If it gets cool in the evening, the awning and patio heater can be used. The cottage is ideal for a relaxing vacation with small children and/or dogs, as the terrace is enclosed. There is also a sandbox and a play ship on the property where children can have fun and let their imagination run wild. The lovely beach in Skarrev is something quite special and is known by many for its beautiful nature, good bathing water, and opportunities for coastal fishing. The beach is only about 350 m from the house, and there is a petanque court, croquet lawn, and soccer goals, as well as a small playground at the campsite, which you are welcome to use.
