Elektricitet: Eltavle er placeret i den lille gang. Elmåler er udendørs ved fordøren. Sikringsanlæg er med skruesikringer. Hvis en sikring springer slukkes for radiator, komfur og elkedel. Sæt ny sikring i. Der ligger sikringer i skabet ved ovn. Der skal aldrig slukkes for strømmen, når huset forlades. Varmt vand: Varmtvandsbeholder er ikke stor. Brug derfor varmt vand med omtanke. Hvis beholderen skrues op på fuld styrke, bliver vandet meget varmt. PAS PÅ AT I IKKE BRÆNDER JER. Hvis der ikke er varmt vand, og beholderen er tændt på El tavlen, kan den være slukket på Wifi stikkontakten. Denne er lavet for at der kan slukkes remote, da det ikke er godt for miljøet at bruge en masse unødigt strøm, når der ikke er noget i huset. Grill: I befinder jer i et område med sandjord, og beplantningen er ofte meget tør. Grill må derfor KUN bruges på den terrasse, hvor den er placeret. Brug kun grill briketter da grill kul giver gnister. Brug kun grill på sten underlag. Dyner / Puder Der er dyner og puder på værelserne. Strand: Jeg bruger altid stranden for enden af Nørrevang. Der er en afsætningsplads hvor man kan sætte familien af og finde et sted at hold bagefter hvis man kører i bil. TV og radio: Der er TV med Chromecast. Der er en DVD afspiller i skabet på værelset, som kan sættes til. Skulle der mangle signal til Chromecast, så sluk routeren på stikkontakten bag sofaen. Vent ca. 10 sek. Tænd igen. Der er en Sonos højtaler, som kan bruges med Sonos app’en og når man er på Wifi. Der er også en radio i skabet på værelse. Husk at lave kablet sidde i til de næste. Sovesofa: Sovesofaen slås ud ved at trække den ud forneden. Når den er trukket ud, kan man vippe madrassen op, ved at tage fat i siden af madrassen. Der ligger en topmadras i chaiselongen. Diverse: Hvis der bliver spildt på trægulvet, er det vigtigt at få tørret op med det samme. Der er trærens og sæbe under vasken på badeværelse. Støvsuger, spand og gulvskrubbe er i skab i soveværelse sammen med div. Rengøringsmidler er under vasken på badeværelse. Ved gulvvask af trægulvet skal der bruges 2,5dl sæbe til 10 liter vand. Affaldsbeholder er ved vejen. Der skal ikke bruges bio poser til bioaffald, men det fortrækker vi normalt. Bind altid knuder på poser inden de puttes i beholderen. Der er pap/papir container for enden af lynggærdevej. Der er røgalarmer i huset, og ekstra batteri i skabet ved ovn. Hvis hynder til stole udenfor er blevet våde, skal disse tørre inden de lægges så gulv eller senge. Der er en revne i toppen af toilettet, det har ingen betydning, så derfor er det ikke skiftet. Brændeovn: Der må kun brændes træ i ovnen. I kan frit bruge af det træ i grå metalbrændeskur bag udenhus. Til optænding skal der bruges egnet optændingsposer eller blokke. Man tænder op med store stykker i bunden og mindre ovenpå. Ved optænding skal regulator under lågen helt til højre, for at kommer over midten skal den presse lidt ned. Og så skal man vippe den lille afstandsstykke ud i toppen af lågen ud, til der er kommet gang i ovnen (VIGTIGT at holde øje med oven når man gør dette, for der går kort tid inden den skal vippes ind igen). Hvis gløder falder ud på glaspladen, skal de fejes op med det samme, da de godt kan lave mærker i trægulvet igennem glaspladen. Hvis Lågen er sodet til, har du skruet for langt ned. Glasset må kun rengøres med den svamp som ligger ved brændeovnen. Der er en ekstra i skuffen under vasken i køkkenet. Indkøb: REMA 1000 er placeret i Lumsås (ca. 4 km) Superbrugsen (med friskbagt brød) er placeret i Højby (ca 6 km) og Havnebyen (ca 14 km) Tæt på ligger Skelbjerggaard Gårdbutik, hvor der pluk selv og grav selv af alt godt fra jorden I Havnebyen ligger tillige en stor fiskeforretning der er et besøg værd. Der er også en lokal fisker som sælger fra sin båd. Han slår op på Facebook når han sejler ud, og hvornår han sælger fra båden. Følg han på FRISK FISK fra Cecilie KA71, og husk at tage en pose med, hvis i skal handle. Lige inden Havnebyen ligger Birkemosegaard, som er et biodynamisk landbrug, som leverer til nogle af de bedste restaurationer i landet. Der er gårdbutik med biodynamiske grøntsager, økologiske kødvarer og meget andet. Der afholdes forskellige arrangementer i løbet af sommeren. I Nykøbning er der en hyggelig gågade, med butikker som herre og dametøj, sko, isenkram, radio tv, hvidevarer, legetøjsbutik, og cafeer (ca. 9 km). Newly renovated holiday homes with all amenities and a unique location with a fantastic, well-maintained 18-hole golf course as neighbors - and only a few hundred meters from the Kattegat and an excellent beach. Golf-playing guests in the houses can play the course for 275 DKK green fee per round. The normal price for this is 400 DKK.
