The house is heated with an environmentally friendly wood pellet stove. Opposite the house there is a ball field, and by the house there are swings, sandboxes and play equipment. The house is located close to many scenic areas such as Thy National Park, the North Sea, the Limfjord and several large dune plantations. The area offers many excursion possibilities. Within a few kilometers you will find the roaring North Sea and the calmer Limfjord. Sydthy Golf Course is located a few kilometers from the house.
