Fantastically located, modern and allergy-friendly new apartment with two balconies and equipment that makes vacationers' hearts beat faster. The light-flooded living and dining area with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows merges into the open kitchen with excellent equipment, in which you can prepare delicacies of all kinds. Of particular note are the bedrooms with a view of the marina, one of which has a water bed. A wellness bath with XXL shower and infrared cabin as well as two balconies complete the holiday comfort of this special apartment. A unique holiday resort is being built directly on the Baltic Sea in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein. A large marina, restaurants, cafes, shops and a unique range of leisure activities will sweeten the holiday for guests here. The beach can be reached on foot and in addition to the obligatory beach chair rentals, there are various beach sections, including a shallow water section as a perfect kite and windsurfing area. A playground, ice cream and bakery truck, fresh fish directly from the cutter, excursion boats, canoe rental, sailing school and boat rental complete the offer. Anyone who loves a quiet holiday close to nature should certainly be able to spend a fantastically beautiful time here, even if the environment and infrastructure in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz are currently still subject to constant change with construction work. This is already taken into account in the price calculation and does not constitute a defect. A signposted cycle path network takes you to some of the most beautiful corners of the region. This is located in House 4 of the residence. Olpenitz lies directly where the Schlei River flows into the Baltic Sea. Germany's longest estuary is a popular sailing area. The activity on the water is wonderful to observe. Not far away is the tranquil town of Kappeln with restaurants and shops. Here you will find a true rarity: Europe's last herring fence. Every year on Ascension Day weekend, the Herring Days are celebrated in Kappeln – a fantastic experience for locals and visitors alike.
