Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Marin, right in the center of Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom, just steps from the fine sandy beach. With its two rooms and private south-facing terrace, it can accommodate two to four people. The apartment features a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a garden area. In the lovingly furnished living area, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a modern 4K Smart TV with a soundbar invite you to cozy evenings. The high-quality sofa bed provides sleeping space for one or two additional guests. On sunny days, our terrace with a dining table and four chairs, along with our beach chair, offers space for relaxing hours outdoors. Enjoy exclusive comfort with an in-house swimming pool and a stylish wellness area including a sauna – ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. This area is not wheelchair accessible. This apartment includes a free parking space directly at the building. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room (3 x €1.00). Our apartment is wheelchair accessible. Dogs are welcome upon prior arrangement.

Our house accommodates 6 adults and one infant (in a crib). Upstairs, there is another bathroom, a large bedroom with a TV and a crib, and a double bedroom.

The bathroom was refurbished in 2022 and a new and comfortable couch awaits you in the living area.Zinnowitz has been a seaside resort for over 150 years - and with its beautiful sandy beach, the beautiful promenade and the long pier invites you to a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday. The charming town is located at the narrowest point on the island of Usedom and impresses above all with the imposing resort architecture.
