From May to September, a beach chair is pre-booked for your entire holiday and is available to you free of charge. A parking space is available on the grounds of the residential complex. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can use the wellness area in the basement of the building, which features an infrared cabin, sauna, steam bath, experience shower, heated bench, and fitness room. Shopping facilities, bicycle rental, restaurants, and a bread roll delivery service are available in the village. Thanks to its central location, the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren are also easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is available at the house.
