Beautiful tastefully furnished apartment with mountain view The apartment is calm and only 300 m from the Forggensee Badeplatz Forggensee. At the Forggensee you have the opportunity to play Mini Golf and the Kini canoeing always takes beautiful sunset tours in the evening. In front of the house you have your own parking lot. Your bicycles are protected under the canopy or also in the house under the stairs. From the balcony you have a mountain view of the Säuling and the Tegelberg. The sunny balcony invite you to have breakfast and in the evening on a glass of wine for sunset. Would be happy to welcome our guests.

Our newly renovated (2019) apartment in Alpine style with a lot of solid/ old wood and natural stone is in the Alps apartment house, at the end of Steibis towards Hochgrat/ Imbergbahn. Just 150m away from the Kirchhang with feeder lift to the Imbergbahn and 50m away from the next bus stop. As the name suggests, it's just nice here, because whether family, friends or togetherness here you can let your soul wander. The apartment is located from the road turned away to the inner courtyard, through which you can start your hikes or a playground visit (right next to the house) without entering the street.

After arrival, a bright, spacious and newly furnished 70 m² holiday apartment awaits you on the 1st floor. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub, there are 4 additional rooms available. A bedroom and dining room, as well as a cozy living room with a couch, television and plenty of reading material. If necessary, another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) can be used. The bedroom, dining and living room have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony. All rooms (except the bathroom) have wooden parquet floors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
