Welcome to our beautiful holiday home. Your temporary home in Plau am See. Our beautiful holiday home for up to 4 people is located on the northwest shore of Lake Plau in the Heidenholz district, approximately 20 meters from the lake and a well-kept small swimming area. This beautiful, newly built holiday home with a fireplace and its lovingly landscaped garden was completed in 2020. This holiday home offers the highest level of comfort and is tastefully furnished in a vintage style combined with modern furnishings. The holiday home's wonderful view of the lake extends from the beautiful terrace into the idyllic garden. The terrace is accessed through the glass kitchen door. The lower floor features a spacious living and kitchen area with a fireplace and underfloor heating, as well as a shower room with a washing machine. The upper floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), and the other bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200cm). Both bedrooms are heated by radiators. A travel cot, a changing table with a baby bath, and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The holiday home is approximately 55 m² in size and is tastefully furnished for three people. The spacious living room is furnished with satellite TV, a radio, a large wardrobe, a TV cabinet, a sofa, and a coffee table. The holiday home also has a spacious dining room, each with a large dining table and four chairs. The holiday homes have two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two bedside tables. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm). The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a spa shower, a sink, and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a kitchenette, refrigerator, sink, two hotplates, and includes a Rommelsbacher oven and grill, a kettle, a coffee machine, and all cutlery, glasses, pots, and dishes. For the colder seasons, a storage heater and a 2000W oil-fired radiator are provided for heating. In front of the house there is a large, partially covered sun terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

This new stationary houseboat is a floating holiday home and is permanently moored in the harbour town of Plau am See directly on Lake Plaer See. Lovers of the lake district will get their money's worth here! You spend your time on the water and are still close to the hustle and bustle of the small town. Enjoy the view of the passing boats from your terrace. Above all, living on a houseboat means being in direct contact with nature. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the roof terrace with a cool drink or start the day with a hearty breakfast. The exclusive apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor. From there you have a fantastic view over the marina, the Plauer Lake and the mouth of the Elde. The apartment can be reached from the car park 150 metres away, free of car traffic. A handcart is available for our guests to transport luggage on arrival and departure. The holiday area is not accessible by car. The area is secured with a barrier.

Spend your vacation in our modern Eldeufer apartment in a fantastically beautiful location, quietly located but still central to the idyllic listed old town! The building was lavishly built in 2013 in the Bauhaus style. The apartment is on the first floor. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished with a whirlpool, fireplace and infrared cabin and is only 500 meters from Lake Plau. The luxurious apartment has a 30 sqm terrace that gives you a unique panoramic view from the sensational Plau lift bridge to the historic chicken ladder and the lock. Passing water hikers on the Müritz-Elde waterway take you far away from everyday life... Bathing in the Elde directly in front of the house is also very popular with the locals because of the excellent water quality. The extremely popular health resort of Plau am See has a very beautiful promenade for strolling, past the town harbor, various restaurants and ice cream parlors, the Müritz fishermen with fresh fish and all the way to the lighthouse at the peat bog. Bicycles can be parked in the yard. After loading and unloading in front of the house, you can use the public parking spaces not far away.
