On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a modern shower room/WC, and a generous living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (e.g., electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). Next to the entrance is a small utility room with a washing machine and other useful items.
