Our historic thatched-roof house is located in a quiet location in Wyk-Boldixum, surrounded by other thatched cottages, in the oldest town on the island. We were able to trace the house's age back to 1799 and, through a complete restoration, created a very private ambiance that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of amenities and comfort. It's an ideal retreat for couples who appreciate something special, but also for families with children. You'll immediately feel at home. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, and two more are on the upper floor with a large bathtub and shower. The house has a large, beautifully landscaped, sunny garden with a terraced courtyard.

The west half of the thatched, extensively modernized Friesian cottage is ideal for 2 to 4 people. Together with the east half, it can be rented for up to 8 people upon request. The ground floor features a hallway with a coat rack and access to the attic, a large shower room, a living room with an HD satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and a DVD player, a separate kitchen-diner popular with guests, with a comfortable corner seating area, and access to the south-facing terrace and garden.
