For the most wonderful time of the year, we reserve our comfortable, personally furnished 53 sqm holiday apartment on the 3rd floor (of course with elevator), featuring a living room and open kitchen, a bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a large, luxuriously furnished balcony with a lake view. The highlight is an unobstructed view from the dining area and balcony of the shipping on the Elbe River, the busiest shipping route in the world. Every year, approximately 50,000 ships of all types, sizes, and nationalities pass by within 200 meters of your balcony seat in Grimmershörn Bay between Kugelbake (the gateway to the North Sea) and the "Alte Liebe" marina. This ensures that even on days when you don't want to leave the holiday apartment, you won't get bored.

The apartment is accessible via the elevator from the main entrance. The spacious living room, which serves as a "winter garden," leads to the living room with two sofas, one of which can also be used as a sofa bed. A TV with DVD player, stereo system, DVDs, books, and a games collection provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils. The spacious shower room features a large mirror and ample storage, as well as an illuminated magnifying mirror and a hairdryer. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage. There is a locked bicycle storage room for bicycles.

Ankerherz has been rented since April 2022. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a kitchen and a large living and dining area with a fireplace. The bedroom on the ground floor has a large double bed, there is also a spacious walk-in shower room and a storage room with a washing machine. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom up here has a walk-in shower, bathtub and a sauna. There is a very spacious and cozy living and dining area. You will find satellite TV in all bedrooms and in the living area. The house has a fiber optic connection and all televisions are connected to the Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our holiday apartment (100 meters from the North Sea) has a separate entrance with a covered terrace. The ground floor features a living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a rain shower, a TV, and a stereo system. Upstairs, there's a bedroom with a double bed and a second room with two beds (also for adults). A baby cot and highchair are available free of charge. A large, sheltered green area for sunbathing or playing for the children (play equipment available) adjoins the terrace. A large winter garden is available for playing or socializing in bad weather. There's also a barbecue area with garden furniture and grilling equipment. A washing machine and dryer are also available for use. Wi-Fi internet access is available upon request.
