It offers a total of 140 m² of living space, 105 m² of which is located on the ground floor. Here you will find two bedrooms, one large and one smaller, each with a king-size bed. The living room, with its original stucco work and beautiful bay window, is a highlight of the house. Thanks to the "old-fashioned" blinds, which can not only be pulled down but also folded out, it guarantees a cool climate in the summer! In case of extreme heat, you can use the three modern inverter air conditioning units in the living room and the two downstairs bedrooms for a small daily fee. A very fast Wi-Fi internet connection and a digital Samsung Smart TV with more than 250 channels are provided free of charge, ensuring you always stay connected. The high-quality Chippendale bedroom, where you can relax in a sophisticated atmosphere, is a true eye-catcher. We will gladly provide a baby cot in this room upon request. If you would like to book the house for five or six people, we can also open the 35 m² attic room, which contains two single beds that can be pushed together.
