The private swimming pool is open from May to October and you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The town of Matelica, famous for its Verdicchio wine, is a 5-minute drive away. The area is full of cellars where you can taste wine and in the center, in the foyer of the theater, is the city cellar. You can go shopping for a day at the nearby Armani outlet and the region is home to many nice, historic villages and beautiful walking and cycling routes. You can start the day with breakfast under the veranda, before cooling off in the long, narrow swimming pool, which is ideal for swimming lengths. The property also includes a wood-burning oven and barbecue. In the well-furnished garden, you can relax. On the back, the wood-burning oven and the BBQ await you for pizzas and tasty grills. The parking facility is also available here.

If you want to spend a simple holiday, away from the hustle and bustle, in a traditional farmhouse preserved exactly as it was in the 1960s, this is the accommodation for you. The accommodation is on the first floor, with a large living area, a kitchen with the classic stone sink and fireplace, dining area and living room with a smart TV to bring us back to modern times. The house enjoys total privacy while being 2 km from everything. You can walk through the region and a visit to Acqualagna (2 km) or the beach at Fano (42 km) is also possible. Outside there is a large flat garden surrounded by trees where you can relax by the pool and grill in the BBQ. The terracotta floor and exposed wooden beams are the original ones of the country houses and even the furnishings have been maintained over time.
