Casa Grande is a charming, comfortable holiday apartment for two people. It belongs to the main house of Podere di Maggio, yet offers the necessary privacy. The house dates back to 1600 and impresses with its stone walls and original ceiling beams. It has been lovingly and carefully restored and boasts many beautiful details. Inside, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a large eat-in kitchen with a fireplace – cozy in autumn, winter, and spring. The house has a sunny terrace with a magnificent view of the valley and a shaded terrace. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. In summer, the house stays cool thanks to the thick stone walls, while in winter it is heated by a central wood-burning heating system.

The tent is located on a large wooden terrace shaded by centuries-old chestnut trees and offers maximum privacy. The tent features a double bed and, upon request, two single beds. Carpets are also provided on the floor, and there are electricity and water connections. The terrace overlooking the valley has a dining table with chairs, a parasol, and sun loungers. There is a spacious shared kitchen equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: an oven, gas stove, private refrigerator, cutlery, plates, etc. The showers and toilets (private) are located next to the tent, and the pool is about 50 meters from the tent.

Casa Lara offers 70 square meters of well-maintained and tastefully furnished living space on two floors. The upper level features a large terrace paved with stone tiles. Directly adjacent to this is the winter garden, which can be fully opened in summer. Three steps lead to the well-equipped kitchen-diner. An atrium staircase leads to the lower floor, which houses a bedroom and an adjoining bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, there is access to another terrace, which borders a lawn and is separated by a small wall.

Casa Bistini offers 93 square meters of space for a maximum of 7 people. A spacious living/dining area with a piano (always tuned) and a well-equipped, integrated kitchen on the ground floor is connected to a shared bathroom. Next to it is a large bedroom with a separate entrance. On the first floor are two south-facing bedrooms. The terrace is covered in vines and offers plenty of space. A pool and sauna are on the premises. Casa Bistini is particularly suitable for large families, couples, and small groups.

The Casa Lavanda holiday home is 42 m² and is spread over one level. The kitchen-diner leads to a private terrace with views of the former lavender field. The sleeping area is located three steps higher. A double bed is separated from a bunk bed by a partition and a room divider. The bathroom has a shower.
