Adjacent is the meadow bird area, in the stream valley of the Drostendiep, which treats you to an extensive concert of various birds in the morning. During the autumn in Drenthe, the landscape turns bright shades of red, orange and yellow. Discover the beautiful surroundings via the winding hiking trails through the forest and enjoy a delicious lunch/dinner at local cafes/restaurants with plenty of good wines and tasty seasonal dishes. The attractive accommodation is equipped with an infrared sauna, so you can relax after a day in Drenthe's nature. Next to the tent lodge is the shower, a sink and toilet and the space under the loft, where the children can sleep, is cosily furnished with a sofa and dining area. Many hikers walk this famous route every year. Also located in the backyard of the vacation home is the largest meadow bird area in Drenthe. In the stream valley of the Drostendiep various meadow birds can be heard. The farmhouse has 3 bedrooms and 1 spacious luxury bathroom and can accommodate 7 people.
