This detached villa in Flevoland is located by the water and features a jetty, from where you can enter the water to swim among the ducks. The modern accommodation is ideal for family holidays. The wonderful location by the water is one of the highlights of this house. In Harderwijk and Ermelo you will find cosy restaurants, nice shops and several supermarkets. All rooms are on the ground floor. One of the bathrooms has a sun shower and you have a well-equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine, an extra-large fridge and a separate freezer. You can also prepare your favourite meals using the pizzarette, BBQ and airfryer. From its modern look to the enclosed garden and the floating waterside terrace with a comfortable lounge set; this holiday home has all the ingredients for a dream holiday! For recreation, there is a table football table and a shuffleboard. If you come with your dog then it is great walking in the Strokelbos in Harderwijk with several nice hiking trails. It is a very extensive off-leash area for dogs. In Zeewolde is restaurant Fika where you can eat a delicious snack on the terrace with your dog. Walk from there along the beach where your dog can swim. Looking for a bigger dog beach drive to the Erkemeder dog beach. For a few euros entrance fee your dog can swim there all day. You can also go into the water together. Highly recommended! Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, there may be inconvenience (weekends excepted). The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone all year round. Because of the peace and quiet, it should be quiet at 22:00 on the park. It is also not allowed to play loud music during the day.
