There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There is also a large cot for slightly older children. Large kitchen with everything needed to make great meals, dining room with plenty of room for everyone and a Tripp Trapp chair (without a bar) for children. Internet is included. The holiday home has three living rooms; in the main living room there is a large TV with streaming services and RiksTV. Three large bathrooms, one with a hot tub. Water-borne heating below all floors. Please note that bed linen must be brought. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, and a pleasant living room with desk and daybed. From the bedroom there is access to a separate sheltered terrace. From the living room there is access to a large terrace facing west and the sunset as well as a small terrace facing north, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a sea view. There is also a garden room where you can sit warm and dry if the weather is inclement. There are no other residents on the back and easy access to the forest. Hvaler is an eldorado in the summer. There are many beautiful beaches in the area and only a short distance to Skjærhalden with its cozy little shops and outdoor restaurant on the pier. Great hiking opportunities in the area. It is only a few minutes’ walk to the nearest beaches, Olastranda and Døvika. Olastranda is shallow and suitable for small children. A hundred meters beyond the beach is Listranda marina where you can swim from the piers with bathing stairs. Døvika is an idyllic beach with rocky cliffs and sandy beach. The path from the house is through beautiful old forest where you can admire the tall trees and hear the birds chirping. Both beaches have sun from early morning until around 6 in the afternoon. If you want to swim at sunset, you can walk to Åsebu, about 20 minutes, with a beach, rocky cliffs and a pier with bathing stairs. If you drive, it only takes 4 minutes to the parking lot at the beach. On Kirkøy you will find Hvaler Golf Club with a great 9-hole golf course, café and golf simulator. It is only a 15 minutes’ drive. If you are a kitesurfer or windsurfer, there are fantastic opportunities at Ørekroken, only 10 minutes from the house. Another popular activity is island hopping; there is a free ferry to the most beautiful islands that Hvaler is made up of. In Fredrikstad, you can visit the beautiful old town and Isegran. The city ferry is free and runs all the time with several stops along the pier. The house is not let to youth groups.

The holiday home is in the village of Skjeberg, midway between the towns of Sarpsborg and Halden, both 20 km away. Halden is a summer town with tourist attractions such as a guest harbor, Fredriksten fortress and Northern Europe's highest locks. The area offers great hiking areas and varied nature experiences. It is also a short drive to Sweden with border trade and the town of Strømstad. 9 km away is a great climbing park: Climbing on the border. By boat or car, it is only a short drive to restaurants or other activities. A canoe for adults and a kayak for both adults and children is included. In addition, a rowing boat, SUP board and surfboard can be used. A boat with a motor can be rented. Fishing equipment can be rented directly from the owner. There are a trampoline and a football goal on the property as well as plenty of space for the children to play. Bed linen can be rented on site. The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.
