The holiday home has a large plot and a lovely terrace, garden and its own beach/pier. Here you can enjoy the view from a lovely spa, relax in the sun or prepare the day's catch on the gas grill. From the entrance you can access the bathroom. Washing machine in a small room under the stairs. Open, large kitchen with all the equipment you need. Nice living room with TV, internet included. In extension of the living room there is a bright and spacious dining room with a view of the sea. Terrace with a great sun area and barbecue right outside the living room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor; one with a double bed and a view of the sea, the other with one double bed and one single bed. You have to go through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom. Annex with an extra fridge and freezer and three bedrooms; one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds (one can be converted into a double bed), and one with a bunk bed. You have a view to the sea from all three rooms. The house is beautifully situated in a hilly, wooded landscape right by the fjord. In Singlefjorden, there is good fishing, especially for mackerel. The holiday home is in the village of Skjeberg, midway between the towns of Sarpsborg and Halden, both 20 km away. Halden is a summer town with tourist attractions such as a guest harbor, Fredriksten fortress and Northern Europe's highest locks. The area offers great hiking areas and varied nature experiences. It is also a short drive to Sweden with border trade and the town of Strømstad. 9 km away is a great climbing park: Climbing on the border. By boat or car, it is only a short drive to restaurants or other activities. A canoe for adults and a kayak for both adults and children is included. In addition, a rowing boat, SUP board and surfboard can be used. A boat with a motor can be rented. Fishing equipment can be rented directly from the owner. There are a trampoline and a football goal on the property as well as plenty of space for the children to play. Bed linen can be rented on site. The holiday home is not rented to youth groups.

Fantastic holiday home, modern year-round residence near the sea with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and patio with pergola, dining area and lounge. The holiday house contains a large dining room, large sofa lounge with TV on the ground floor, and a separate sofa corner with TV on the first floor. Cable TV and internet. Large bathroom downstairs with separate toilet and smaller bathroom upstairs with toilet and shower. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, two with a single bed that can be pulled out to become a double and one bedroom with a pull-out bed and a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the TV room on the first floor. The pool is about 30 degrees, about 5x3 meters in size, and about 130 cm deep. This is a saltwater pool with a low chlorine content. Saltwater pools use less chlorine, and eye problems are avoided. There are water toys/diving masks available for playing and diving in the water. On the spacious terrace there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and a pergola where you can sit under a roof for meals. A short walk (4 minutes) to a pleasant swimming area with a jetty (not available from November to April). From the wharf you can fish for crabs. Only a 5-minute drive to idyllic Engelsviken with several beautiful sandy beaches and a pleasant fish restaurant with fantastic fish soup. A short distance to Fredrikstad, and not far should you fancy a shopping trip to Sweden. The holiday house is only rented out to adults over 25, not to youth groups. Tenants need to bring their own towels and bed linen.
