The kitchen is bright and charming.The bathroom is also a laundry room. TV with satellite dish with International channels. Outside there is a 10 m² covered terrace and a 16 m² open terrace. By the lake (60 metres) there is a covered place for barbecuing. You can catch char, trout and salmon in the lake. You can also tie up the boat here. Either a 10 ft boat without motor or a 15 ft boat with 5 hp motor. The boat is included in the price. On the camping grounds 1 km away, you can access a 100 litre freezer and cold-smoker for fish. There is a playground with football goals and a trampoline. In the river you can catch trout and salmon. Fish cleaning table by the river.

The cottage was partly modernised in 2013 (painted walls, new shower cubicle, new beds, new TV and sofas) and has a kitchenette in the living room. There is one bedroom and a mezzanine. The single beds can be combined and on the mezzanine there are 2 mattresses. There is a TV with international channels. Floor heating in the living room and bathroom. There is an 18 m² large terrace connected to the cottage, partly covered. Enjoy the view of the lake from the cottage. On the camping grounds, you can access washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a 100 litre freezer, vacuum cleaner and cold-smoker. There is a playground with football goals and a trampoline. A 10 ft boat without motor is included in the rental price. Holiday cottage completely renovated in 2016, with outdoor whirlpool and panoramic view of several fjords. Bright and charming rooms with spectacular views that give you a sensation of being outdoors when in the living room. The well-equipped kitchen encourages gatherings around the dining table with family and friends. During the renovation, walls, ceiling, doors and windows were renewed. The exterior wood panelling was also changed. 3 bathrooms, where one has a sauna. This bathroom is located in the basement, where you also find a living room with a pool table. By the entrance there is a terrace with a sitting area. On the lawn there is an outdoor whirlpool for 4-6 people, where you can enjoy a warm bath surrounded by a great scenery. 200 metres away there is a 17 ft boat (Libraplast) with a 15 hp motor for rent. There is also an indoor fish cleaning table with running water and lighting. Excellent fishing conditions. 6 km away, there is a salmon and trout river. You can go swimming 300 metres and 1 km away. Grocer's, restaurant and other facilities can be found in the town of Volda, 4 km away (with ferry). The private part of the house is a storage room for the owner. There is a large parking lot nearby the house. Please note: The house is not available until 6pm on the day of arrival.

In Bjørkedalsvatnet you can fish char up to 300g, trout of 1-3 kg and salmon 4-13 kg. In Helsetelva you can get trout and salmon, a filleting place for fish by the river.
