Great mountain cabin on a sunny plot surrounded by beautiful nature and great views. Fantastic forest and hiking terrain ideal for outdoor activities, hunting and fishing. Walking distance to the center of Røros, which is one of Europe's oldest wooden houses, listed on UNESCO's list of world cultural heritage. The cabin was expanded/renovated in 2018 and contains bathroom, living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms; all rooms on one level. The living room with an open fireplace and wood paneling invites you to cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Cot available. Bathroom/WC with underfloor heating. The cabin has internet/Chromecast/NRK1. Outside there is a nice patio with a fire pit, table, chairs and benches. The cottage has a great location with beautiful views. The plot is approx. 1600 m2 and great for outdoor activities, e.g. grilling fish you have caught from the river close by. Swimming opportunities 2 km. away. This is a peaceful area where both young and old can make pleasant holiday memories. In the center of Røros you’ll find shops, cafés and culture/entertainment such as a golf course, multi-purpose hall with climbing wall, fitness centers, bowling, swimming facilities and plenty of marked hiking trails both summer and winter.

Mountain cabin with a short distance to advanced skiers and only 3 km from the center of Røros. In the cabin, all rooms are on one level: windbreak, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Easy access either via the main door into the hallway, or directly into the washing/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large sink. Large bathroom with shower cubicle. Underfloor heating, laundry room/bathroom. Bright, pleasant living room with TV/wood burning stove. Large kitchen with dining table with plenty of space for everyone. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds with 4 beds, one bed is 60 cm wide so is best suited for one child. There is also a cot in the cabin. PS: Guests must bring their own bed linen. The cabin has a barbecue area with benches 50 meters from the cabin. There is a small veranda by the laundry room door and a large veranda outside the living room. Fire pit/grill/outdoor furniture. A total of over 30 m2 terrace. The cabin has an attractive location only 3 km from the center of Røros with a wide range of activities and culture. Røros has won the title Norway's best cultural municipality several years in a row. Here, you will also find facilities and service functions such as shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, liquor store etc. In addition, there are many large and small events throughout the year like Rørosmartnan, Femundløpet, Vinterfestspillene, Elden and Christmas Market. The rivers Håelva and Glåma meet a few hundred meters below the cabin with swimming and fishing opportunities in summer. In winter, it is less than 1 km to a ski slope that connects with Røros's slope network. From the cabin, it is a reasonable distance to several alpine resorts: Røros Alpine center Hummelfjell ca. 13 km. and Hamrafjallet/Tannadalen (Sweden) ca. 60 km.
