Lyngna is one of Southern Norway's good salmon rivers that can be tested during the season. The Lyngdal region is closely linked to Egersund, and has a number of attractions for families. In Kvås, you will find the Southern Norwegian Salmon Centre, a salmon ladder in the mountain, where spectators can watch the salmon's way up the river.
