After a long day at the beach it's great to take a refreshing dip in the heated chlorine pool. With a size of 9 x 5 metres and a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres, it is ideal for swimming or relaxing on an inflatable mattress. The well-kept garden with palm trees invites you to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers or spread your towel directly on the lawn. Adults will surely enjoy spending their time "doing nothing", taking a nap on the see-saw while the little ones love the children's playground with swings and slide. The restaurants in the area are very good but sometimes it's more fun to enjoy dinners with friends and family at home, go shopping at the market together and finally prepare meat and vegetables on the barbecue. Several terraces offer the perfect atmosphere for great evenings. The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to Cap de la Nao. The natural park of Montgó offers a natural environment, ideal for hiking and cycling. Further south are Moraia and Calpe, two coastal towns with a lively atmosphere in summer. The exterior area is wonderful. There is a large green lawn surrounding the house and the pool, and it is perfect to sit or sunbathe while reading a book or listening to music. There are also 4 sun loungers by the pool for the same purpose. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. It also features an exterior shower. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee. The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating. You can enter te house from several entries. Inside, you will find a dining room with large windows to admire the garden, pool and mountain views. The dining area leads to the sitting room which is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can watch TV. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a table with chairs. The house offers the bedrooms with a closet each one, one of them with a double bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, come with a fan each one. There is a second bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub for the rest of the house. The exteriors are communal, and it has large garden areas and a 40 x 20 m chlorine swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m. It has a private area with a small garden, terrace and fully equipped porch. The flat is a duplex of 130 m2 and has four bedrooms, two of them with air conditioning, one on the ground floor with double bed, and three on the first floor, two of them with two single beds each, and one with double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A cot and high chair are available. There are two bathrooms that serve the whole house, one on the ground floor with shower, and one on the first floor with bathtub. The living room-kitchen-dining room is very cosy, it has a sofa, an armchair, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a table with chairs; the kitchen, in the same room and gas, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. Jávea is a surprising town where you will be amazed by each of its corners, whether walking through the old town admiring the large number of monuments, through some of its natural corners such as the Granadella cove or enjoying the route of the riu-raus, traditional Valencian buildings. Jávea offers a wide range of cultural activities such as the Moors and Christians festival, its museums or its patron saint festivals. You can also sit down to eat in some of its fantastic restaurants and bars. The Arenal Beach, located in the centre of the bay of Jávea, is the main tourist centre and, without a doubt, the most popular beach with bathers thanks to its fine sand and shallow waters. In terms of sports, diving is one of the best options, as well as sailing and parasailing. On land, the best options are hiking in the Montgó Natural Park, tennis and golf.
