The main terrace of this house is the perfect place to relax with a hearty breakfast, or enjoy a little sun on one of the two sun loungers, before setting out to explore the island for the day. On the way back, you can also enjoy a tasty dinner outdoors in the cool of the summer evenings. Then, a second upper terrace, which can be accessed from a bedroom, invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in peace and quiet. The house offers very spacious and comfortable rooms. As you enter, you will find an impressive room that unifies the living room with TV, the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, everything you need for cooking and a small island with stools that gives a touch of life to this space. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This main floor is completed by a toilet (shower not available). Up the stairs, you come to a second living room and the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, space for a cot and high chair, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed, air conditioning, access to the upper terrace, a chest of drawers and a coat hanger. And the last one, also with a clothes hanger and chest of drawers for your clothes, has a single bed. Finally, the upper floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. The accommodation is located just a few metres from the centre of Sa Pobla, where you will find a multitude of bars and restaurants serving Mallorcan food, tapas or other styles. On Sundays there is a weekly market with lots of fruit, vegetables and other local produce. The northern beaches are about 15 minutes drive away, including Son Serra de Marina, the nearest, or Playas de Muro and Can Picafort.
