It is at the foot of the street and has neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial. Even so, it is a quiet area and you will have the rest you deserve.
Inside, distributed in two floors, we find a living room with TV and a dining room prepared to make you feel at home. The gas kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and has direct access to the garden. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms on this floor, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, which has access to a terrace where you can sunbathe or relax on sun loungers. Attached is a small sitting room with a small table where you can enjoy the views while reading a book or chatting quietly with your companions. It's also a great place to sample the island's gastronomy. Thursdays and Sundays are market days and the town becomes a bustling and lively place. You will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 8 x 4m and a depth range of between 0.90 and 1.80m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe or relax and a porch where you can prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy with your companions. There is also a seating area and a table where you can eat or have a drink on summer evenings. There is a ping pong table and a wooden house ideal for the little ones. The property is fenced and you will be able to enjoy total privacy.
Distributed all on the same floor, the interior is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. You will find a living room with satellite TV and Smart TV equipped with AC that leads to the induction kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. You will be able to enjoy your meals at the dining table in the kitchen, as well as to extend your evenings. The house has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. Two with double bed and fan and the third with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower. In the house there are two more bathrooms with shower, one of them is outside the house. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
Artá has a small pedestrian area where you can do all the shopping for your daily needs. On Tuesdays there is a weekly farmers' market in the centre of the village. You will find local culinary specialities as well as Mallorcan handicrafts. The nearest beaches are Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy the local nightlife, take a stroll along the harbour promenade or stop somewhere for a delicious meal. All around you will find sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. There are also several areas where you can play sports such as table tennis, football or volleyball. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. This wonderful villa is located very close to Petra, a charming inland village characterised by its quiet atmosphere and its rural beauty. If you fancy a day in the sun and sea, Muro beach is the closest beach to your accommodation. This long white sandy beach with crystal clear waters is known for its relaxed atmosphere and shallow waters, making it an idyllic spot for families.
