In this beautiful house you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax in the outdoor chlorine swimming pool with a size of 10mx3m and a constant depth of 1.60m. There are six sun loungers at your disposal or if you wish you can also prepare a delicious barbecue or relax on the porch. Outside there is also a toilet. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.
Inside, a living-dining room with AC and Smart Tv is ready to spend relaxing evenings or prepare something to eat in the open kitchen, with induction and equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. We offer washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is another living room where you can relax, read or simply enjoy an evening with your companions. To sleep in, there are four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and two with a single bed. Also in the corridor, you will find a complete bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
Algaida is a very welcoming inland village with traditional customs. Here you will find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition to this, it has the advantage of being close to communication routes that will allow you to access any point of the island. The nearest beach is the Arenal beach, although being quite central on the island, you can go to many beaches in any direction. Palma, the island's capital, is only 25 minutes away by car.

After a day of sightseeing around the island you can cool off in the pleasant chlorine pool which has dimensions of 7.5m x 3.5m and a depth varying between 0.90m and 2m. It is surrounded by a safety fence for the little ones. Next to the pool there are several sun loungers where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the summer weather. Outside the pool area, there are large green areas perfect for relaxing and the little ones will have space to play. The porch is very cosy with a table perfect for outdoor dining, where you can savour delicious grilled meats and vegetables cooked on the barbecue.
The interior is spread over two floors and has a rustic and practical style offering all the comforts to make you feel at home. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with the kitchen and the living-dining room equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is gas and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The living-dining room also has satellite TV. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. There is also a room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the first floor there is a second living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax or chat with your companions. There are also three further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with a double bed. All three have a fan and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. The nearest beach is Arenal in Palma, with a great atmosphere, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches such as Cala Pi or Es Trenc. In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours.
The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too.

The location of the pool makes it perfect for sunbathing or enjoy the lovely mediterranean breeze in the afternoon. You can also pick up some tree fruits at the garden like loquats, oranges or lemons.
The property has been refurbished and its cosy and bright rooms are distributed over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three living rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room with access to a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker and all the necessary utensils. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, which serves this floor. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs, two living rooms, one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and a second one which retains its Mallorcan character. At 14 kilometers distance you can go and play golf to Son Gual and Puntiró. Through the M-15 motorway you will easily access to a lot of beaches and coves, like s'Arenal beach or Cala Blava cove or Palma city known for the legendary cathedral. if you drive to the south, you will get to the natural and lovely white sand and crystallized water Es Trenc and Es Carbó beaches. The great table with benches, resembling a typical mountain picnic area, invites to enjoy a delicious barbecue alfresco or some pizzas or a good bread cooked in the wood oven at the porch. There also is a ceramic top in case you prefer to cook outdoors. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The stone house was built in the Templar age and has become a magical and special place throughout generations. The style inside is rustic and typically Mallorcan, with its ancient stone walls, and the house comprises two floors. On the main floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs where you can spend nice moments watching the TV sat. Welcome to this house near Montuïri, one of the rural areas of Mallorca, which has been renovated in 2015. It is a 100 m2 house situated on an 11,500 m2 plot. Most of the furniture and household equipment are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed, which is located in a room adjacent to the main one. In this triple room there is space for a crib if necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk. In the house you will find a bathroom with shower. This property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The kitchen is very practical and it is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including electric stove. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The large living room is an ideal relaxing meeting place, and is ideal for long after-dinner conversations with direct views to the terrace and pool through its large windows. The dining-room area is composed of a large Majorcan table with a large sitting area around it. The space dedicated to relaxation and TV also has very comfortable sofas. In the house you will find Wi-Fi and TV-Sat. During the summer months, let the fresh air of the mountains of southern Mallorca invade the home, you can enjoy this inside and outside the house. In addition, the house has air conditioner in the living room, and two fans to be distributed in the areas as needed. The house has central heating installed for the cold months.

Outside you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool that measures 4.5 x 7.5 meters and has a depth that ranges between 0.80 and 1.80 meters. It also offers sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing, a sitting area where you can have a drink at sunset, an outdoor dining room, a mobile barbecue to cook delicious grilled meat and vegetables and a wood oven. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The interior of the two-story house is boasts a modern style combined with traditional elements. On the ground floor we find the living room with sat-TV. It leads to the dining room which is connected to the kitchen that offers a gas stove. In the laundry room you find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Three of them are on the ground floor and one has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms on the first floor also have an en-suite bathroom with shower -one of them with the shower in the same room. There is another bathroom with a bathtub for the whole accommodation on the ground floor and a toilet outdoors. The equipment is completed with 7 ceiling fans and a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The house is located on the outskirts of Algaida, in a quiet and bucolic environment. In the village you will find the basic services for an independent stay. The closest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20 km away. You also have a nearby golf course, Son Gual, about 13 km from the property. We recommend renting a car to make it easier to get around the island. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.

Can Pere Rapinya - Villa With Private Pool
This finca emanates the authenticity of the island from all the exterior areas around. There are several pretty corners that invite to enjoy the nature around the place. Specifically, the porch and the wonderful terrace in the back invite to cook delicious BBQs alfresco. This will be the best plan after a joyful morning swimming in the water salt pool. It's surrounded by artificial lawn with 4 sunloungers and it sizes 6 x 4 metres whilst the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres.
The accommodation comprises, on the one hand a main house -more authentic and with two floors- and on the other, a cosy annex by the pool. The main house meets our guests in an air-conditioned rustic but modern living - dining - kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, a dining table and a comfy living area where you can watch the satellite TV with your family. Then, a bathroom with a shower completes this floor. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the last bedroom -with an en-suite bathroom with a bath- is outside in the annex by the pool. All bedrooms offer a double bed, a closet and AC. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. Finally, you'll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located 4.8 km from Algaida, one of the most authentic inland towns of the island because its ancient costums are still preserved. Here, you'll find all you need for your stay like restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Can Pastilla, about 20.8 km away, although we recommend you skirt the coast visiting paradisaical beaches like es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, etc.
