The exteriors of this villa are unbeatable. The private chlorine pool is really spectacular because of its 20 x 10 m and its depth of 0.5 to 3 m. In its surroundings, there is a terrace with 11 sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The porch is ideal to get relaxed after having a great swim. It also has various tables and chairs to have a drink or taste a delicious barbecue prepared in the open air. The plot is fenced and the privacy is total. It is a three-storey house. On the ground floor, there is a wide living room with TV-SAT as well as both CD and DVD players. Immediately after, you have access to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with ceramic cooktop.
