This house disposes of a wonderful grass area, hammocks where you can relax and sunbathe, and different terraces and porchs that surround the house. An external shower is ideal to refresh quickly after a long day at the beach. Later, you can prepare a tasty barbecue with your loved ones. The property is divided in three floors, including up to three living-rooms, four bedrooms with a wardrobe each, and two bathrooms. At the ground floor, there is a living-room with big glass windows, where you can relax watching the satellite TV. There is a second living-room with a nice dining-room area, the gas equipped kitchen that preserves the typical majorcan style and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are also located at this floor, one has a double bed, and another two has two single beds. Two of them have access to a lovely furnished terrace. If you come over with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Upstairs, you will arrive to an attached area of the house, where there is another living-room with a TV if you fancy some time on your own, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath. Portocolom still preserves the old fishermans port and its legendary church. This is the oldest area of the town.
