The furnished terrace of 50 m2, located on the second floor, is ideal place to spend pleasant moments accompanied by your family or friends. The interiors of the accommodation are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower and a small inner courtyard to give light to the entrance of the house and one of the bedrooms. On the first floor there are the common areas, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The area of the living room is very bright and has access to a small balcony of 3 m2. The kitchen with vitro and open to the living room, has everything you might need to cook comfortably during your stay. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The common areas and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. We can provide a crib and a highchair when traveling with a baby. The area of Porto Colom is a beautiful tourist area in eastern Mallorca. It has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close, retaining the traditional sailor atmosphere of this part of the island. Its bay still has "llaütets" (typical Mallorcan boat) and trawlers, that go out to sea every morning. If you like sports like golf, canoeing or cycling, the area is ideal for you.
