Seaside idyll with a magical garden on Tjörn! Discover your summer paradise at Solvik, a charming century-old croft located only 75 meters from the sea at Almösund's harbour, between two marinas. Solvik offers a short walk of around 10 minutes to the swimming area at Almön. Here you can enjoy a large, lovely veranda with a dining area and lounge furniture as well as a hammock. A terrace with barbecue facilities, as well as a comfortable "cabana" for relaxation and sunbathing. In addition, there is a refreshing outdoor shower and a garden with space for play. Please note, however, that there is a pond on the property which is 1m deep, so non-swimming children cannot stay in the property for safety reasons! Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room with wood stove, living room with TV and wifi via fiber, an office and a small bathroom with shower and wc. There is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with a single bed (90cm), and a hall with a bed that can become a double bed (2x80cm). A folding bed is available to make up if needed. As it is an older house, the ceiling height is lower, especially on the upper floor. Desks are available both in the office and upstairs. If you want to sit on the porch and use the Internet, it may be a good idea to move the modem, because the brickwork of the house can dampen the coverage somewhat. You park in the driveway. Pets are welcome and will thrive on the large green area. The grocery store Almö Livs, 100 meters from the house, is well stocked and has its own restaurant and pharmacy. A gym, ST1, and a health center are located next to the store, and it is only 50m from the house to the bus stop with good connections to Gothenburg. Thanks to the noise barrier and planks, it doesn't feel like the house is so close to the road. Welcome to enjoy your own oasis in this cozy cottage on Tjörn in Bohuslän, only 20 m to the sea/bath, own jetty, lovely lawn and no view. Here you can be to yourself and swim, sunbathe, fish and enjoy. Very lovely sunrises and beautiful evenings with a mirror-like sea outside the window. The entrance is directly connected to a lovely kitchen with a wood-burning stove, fridge and freezer, stove with oven, cooker hood, microwave, coffee maker and high chair. Inside is a spacious living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, TV and wood burning stove. From the window you can see the grounds where the children can play and in the background the sea and the jetty. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180 cm and the other with a bunk bed 80/80 cm. Via a slightly steeper staircase you reach the house's spacious loft where there are 2 single beds 80 cm. Inside there is a toilet and sink in the private bathroom, but the shower is outside directly adjacent to the house. A large glassed-in terrace with both a dining table and chairs and armchairs to sit in. Here you have a wonderful view of the sea and the terrace has sliding doors so the contact with the "outdoors" is magical. On the plot there is a guest cabin with a bunk bed. Here you can either spread out the lower bed to 140cm or choose to sleep on each floor. There is also a small kitchenette but no water. Outside there is a small playhouse with toys for the children and there are life jackets for everyone. The house includes a boat so you can go out into the Hakefjord to fish or discover a new beach. Youth groups cannot book this accommodation, but at least one guardian must be present during the entire stay. On the plot is a robotic lawnmower. Make sure there is no things outside for it to chew on and please do not touch. The house offers three parking spaces that are marked out. A well-stocked grocery store can be found in Myggenäs, 1 km. A small service shop and pizzeria are also nearby and it is close to services and entertainment in Stenungsund with a large shopping center and also to Skärhamn with the well-known Watercolor Museum of Nordic contemporary art. Welcome to Tjörn and Myggenäs and this super nice villa, centrally located within walking distance to both the harbor, grocery stores, playground and nice walking paths. Here you live in a well-planned single-storey villa with a large lovely terrace with lounge furniture, large parasol and sun loungers as well as tables and chairs for dinners or coffee breaks. Large lawn for play and relaxation and a guest cottage connected with two single beds (90/90cm). A large entrance hall with wardrobes for outerwear or storage during your stay and inside there is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, dryer and shower. Directly to the right you enter the house's meeting area where both dining table with 6 chairs are located and a cozy rest corner with pillows. Large lovely kitchen with bar counter in the middle, fridge and freezer, induction stove with 5 hobs, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and high chair for the little one who wants to participate in the kitchen chores during the holidays. Adjacent to the kitchen is one of the house's two living rooms with a nice sofa and two armchairs and TV. Here you are happy to sit and socialize with the food is going on in the kitchen. Via balcony door you come out on the other side of the house where in the evening you sit in the shade and enjoy if the sun has been out all day. There is outdoor furniture for 4 and you can easily bring chairs from the front so everyone can sit. The house has three bedrooms, two with a single bed each (90cm each) and the third a double bed (180cm). There are two bathrooms with wc and sink and one of the bathrooms has bathtubs that complement the shower found in the laundry room. Next to one of the bathrooms there is a walk in closet so you can easily hang up your clothes during your stay. In the second living room there is a larger TV, lovely corner sofa with pillows and large sliding windows for connection to the wonderful terrace. On the ground there is an annex med two single beds.
