From the car park at the entrance you walk past the owner's home and up a few stairs to the entrance to the guest house. Once inside, you are met by a vestibule from which you enter further into the cottage's kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee maker. Here you also get the cozy feeling which is also enhanced by the slightly lower ceiling height of 2.05 meters. After the kitchen comes the cottage's living room with sofa bed and TV. Next door to the kitchen is the cottage's bedroom with bunk bed 120/90. In the cottage there is also a WC with toilet and washbasin, shower is in the adjacent building at the entrance. Washing machine can be borrowed via contact with the cottage owner. On the two balconies of the cottage, some of which are under a roof, there is outdoor furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy wonderful meals, read a good book or maybe just rest after a wonderful day at the beach or golf course. The cottage is equipped with WiFi. The cottage also includes a mooring of 3 x 9 m that can be borrowed via contact with the cottage owner, the mooring is well protected in Getevikssund at the entrance to the well-known Malö streams. From the cottage you also make easy day trips to Havets Hus in Lysekil, Nordens Ark, Smögen, Kungshamn or other fishing and boating communities in northern Bohuslän. Welcome to this over time renovated and rebuilt property in Fiskebäckskil with its very own cozy and pleasant floor plan in a seafront location by Gullmarsfjorden, Sweden's only threshold fjord. Here you have plenty of space and around the cottage there are several different terraces where you can find both sun and shade. Once inside, you are met by a large hall that turns into a study with a wood burning stove, here are also two bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom with shower. From the hall, a half staircase leads up to the cottage's kitchen area and via another half staircase you reach the cottage's central point, the wonderfully nice tower room with a magnificent sea view. Here you will also find comfortable living room furniture and a wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. From the kitchen you enter further into a bedroom and sleeping alcove part with 2 bedrooms each with a single bed and a sofa bed in the sleeping alcove. In this part there is also one of the cottage bathroom with shower and bath. In the annex of the cottage there are two large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room, there is also a toilet. The basement of the annex is rented out separately, so it can be other guests who are staying there.
