Here on Koön, you’ll stay just a couple of kilometers from the activities in Arvidsvik and Marstrand, enjoying a lovely view of the sound between Koön and Instön. The cottage, newly renovated in 2024, is situated on a slightly hilly plot. A few steps will take you down to the sea, where you can swim from the rocks—though it's not the most child-friendly bathing spot. Outdoors, you'll find garden furniture and a grill to enjoy on delightful summer evenings, along with a covered patio area where you can relax. Inside the cottage, there is an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and features a dining table. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy seating area, a TV, and a fireplace. There are four separate bedrooms: one with a 140 cm wide double bed, and three with built-in bunk beds. These rooms are well-designed but compact. The cottage also includes a bathroom with a shower, electric toilet, and sink, as well as a separate room with a shower and sink. If you’re interested in kayaking or canoeing, the sound below offers excellent opportunities, as the water here is often calm and serene. There are two separate bedrooms, in one room there is a doublebed and a single bed 120cm and the other bedroom has a doublebed, as well as a bathroom with shower,washbasin and toilet (electric incinerator) and a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. If you’re interested in kayaking or canoeing, the strait below offers excellent opportunities, as the water is usually calm and serene. On Instön a few kilometers from Marstrand in Bohuslän you live in fresh Attefallstuga only a few hundred meters from the sea where you enjoy both morning and evening dips. Intöränna that goes outside is the E6 of the sea and here you can sit for many hours and view all boats that go both north and south. The cottage is located on the owner's plot but secluded and one is not disturbed by each other. A lovely terrace with sun loungers and café tables with chairs right outside the large glass doors. Here you can enjoy the morning coffee and bird chirping. The cottage is suitable for 3 people where 2 can sleep on a sofa bed (140cm) and a lighter person/junior in an extra bed/tent bed. Space is available if you have your own travel bed. Flap table with chairs as well as high chair and TV are available. Kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment, induction hob with 1 plate that has built-in carbon filter fan, micro as well as coffee maker and toaster. Nearby on the other side of the bridge bracket is Instö Café Bar &Amp; Kitchen. Here you can have an ice cream, eat a bite to eat or have a drink and watch the beautiful sunset. If you want to pack your picnic bag and take a lovely walk, we recommend the beautiful trail on Koön with different long distances. Here you have magical sea views out towards Carlsten Fortress and Åstol as well as Dyrön. Make your way over to Marstrand, which is reminiscent of royal glory, and take a guided tour of the fortress and listen to the stories of Lasse-Maja. Or make a visit to Kungälv and Gallerian Kongahälla Center. Here you will find everything from head to toe. Within 60 minutes you can reach both Gothenburg, Uddevalla with Torp Shopping Center and lots of attractions at Orust and Tjörn. Feel free to bring bikes or kickbike. Also easy for those who want to bring a canoe/kayak to put in and get out nearby. Koön also offers kayak rentals. Young people under the age of 25 cannot book this property.
