Welcome to Skärhamn on Tjörn in beautiful Bohuslän with proximity to both salty baths, nature and the harbor that in the summer is buzzing with life and movement. Eat an ice cream, stroll in the summer shops, enjoy the sea's own movie time or rest in the garden for a while. The cottage is bright and nice and has an alcove in the living room with a single bed that is 120cm. There is a divan sofa that for the evening is easily made into a double bed 140cm and an extra bed 80cm to place next to. Spacious dining table with seating for 6 people and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Here everyone can sit and enjoy meals where the door is open and outside be able to take part in the wonderful summer feeling. At the far end of the cottage there is a smaller kitchen with stove with 2 plates, kitchen hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Inside is the fully tiled bathroom that has toilet, sink and shower. All new and fresh since 2022. Outside there is a lawn for play as well as outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage is located a bit away from the owner's house so you are not disturbed by each other at all. At certain times of the year, the sheep live in the pasture next door otherwise they are out on summer grazing. The cottage is located next to a local carriageway with less traffic. It is walking distance to take a bath in the ocean, just 500 meters from the cottage. If you have a bike it's perfect to bring that on your vacation. The cottage is located only 400 meters from very pleasant hiking trails in the Toftenäs nature reserve. All conceivable services are available in Skärhamn, which also offers a rich entertainment and cultural offer. Take the opportunity to visit the Nordic Watercolour Museum, which is a centre for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolour techniques. Several genuine archipelago communities can be found in the immediate area such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund. The entertainment city of Gothenburg can be reached by car within an hour. Spacious and charming cottage with wonderful panoramic views of the sea in the living archipelago community Skärhamn on western Tjörn. A fantastic house to sit and enjoy the breathtaking views where you can follow the sea shifts from the first floor from virtually all rooms. Here you also have a bathrobe distance to salty baths and live in a genuine archipelago environment with proximity to services, restaurants and entertainment. A perfect house for parties that value the fantastic location and can overlook some simple sanitation and standard. The house has a high position, on a hilly natural plot with a lot of mountains (not suitable for small children or the disabled), only 20 m from the sea with fantastic views from both house and plot with several nice patios where you can follow the sun's path in the sky or choose to sit in the shade. Here you can enjoy unabashedly in both sun loungers and various outdoor groups. Feel free to start the day with a morning dip from the cliff and then sit down and enjoy the beautiful location over a cup of freshly brewed coffee on one of the nice patios. A better start is difficult to get on the day. The cottage is on two floors plus a basement. Simple, but charmingly decorated with very typical remains from the 40's. Entrance floor contains kitchen with wood stove and dining area with wonderful sea views, living room with sofa bed, spacious double bedroom and a small toilet. Upstairs there is a living room, also with a fantastic view, a small kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed. There are also rustic small sleeping alcoves in the living room and hall with beds in case you prefer them instead of the sofa bed. NOTE! the house is not suitable for more than a maximum of 6 people, although several beds are available. In the simply furnished basement there is a shower cubicle. If you do not want to swim from the cliff, it is about 700 m to the child-friendly Gråskärsbadet with beach, cliffs and jetty. Here the children can fish for crabs and play in the sand. In Skärhamn you are close to all conceivable services. Well-stocked grocery store and system company about 1000 m on foot. Within walking distance you have Stycken's bakery and café where you can buy fresh rolls for breakfast. Skärhamn has a very rich range of entertainment and culture.
