Here you can enjoy the tranquility of a private summer cottage area. This is the perfect place for families with children who want to be close to sun, swimming and all the beauty that the West Coast has to offer. When you enter the cottage, you are greeted by a bright and nice hall. Right at the front of the hall is a bathroom with toilet and shower. To the right of the hall is a large and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Here you will find a coffee maker, stove, oven and plenty of surfaces to work on. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the cottage's magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic view. On the balcony there is also a hot tub that can be rented for an extra cost. To rent the hot tub, you contact the home owner and the home owner's number is in the guest folder in the cabin. To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm and a bed of 120 cm. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and an 80 cm day bed where you can rest and relax. The dining table seats 6 people, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to eat together. With just a 5-minute walk you reach Lanesund's bathing area, where you can enjoy sun and swimming. It is important to be aware that there is a busy road between the house and the swimming area, so if you have children, you should be careful when crossing it. From the cabin, you can easily make day trips to Nordens Ark, Havets Hus in Lysekil or why not visit the Liseberg amusement park in Gothenburg, which is only about 60 minutes away. You can also explore coastal communities such as Smögen, Kungshamn and Fjällbacka, all of which are within easy reach of the cabin. If you feel like shopping, you can take a trip to Torp Köpcentrum or visit Moose of Anneröd with its fantastic moose park. For those interested in history and culture, a visit to Bohusläns Museum is recommended. You also have the opportunity to discover the beautiful archipelago islands in the area. There are several archipelago boats that stop at picturesque resorts that are definitely worth a visit. The house is secluded up a small hill with large grassy areas perfect for playing. The house has a lovely glazed conservatory with plenty of seating for enjoying good meals. You are welcomed into a smaller hall. Kitchen and living room are integrated into one with an open and simple floor plan. To the right of the hall are two bedrooms. The first has a day bed where you can pull out the mattress, which becomes a comfortable bed of 160 cm. There are also toys for the children and board games. The other has a double bed of 180 cm with bright, pleasant furnishings. The bathroom is also bright with a shower cabin, wc and sink. In the living room, there is plenty of seating at the dining table or on the sofa. The sofa is also a sofa bed of 140 cm. Here in the living room there is a stove that crackled well on chilly evenings. The kitchen has everything you may need for a pleasant stay and a small kitchen table for 4 people. Next door is also a laundry room with rough entrance. Perfect if you want to stay longer or are traveling with small children and need to do laundry. The house is on one level and simply and smartly planned with warm and homely furnishings and very well adapted for renting to nice summer guests. If you want to swim in the sea, there are plenty of bays and places. There is a smaller bathing bay about 15 minutes' walk from your accommodation. You can also get to the harbor at Källviken. If you cross the bridge, you are in the municipality of Lysekil, where there is an incredible range of bathing spots, cafes and a cozy town. Bokenäs has many nice places and a lot of secondhand/flea markets and near your accommodation there is a lovely cafe called Marsipanladan with ice cream and confectionery. Welcome to an incredibly beautiful cottage built in 2023 with very nice interior with only 500m down to the sea. The house is elevated in a quiet environment with trees and forest and other cottages around. The terrace goes pleasantly around the house where you can follow all the sun's positions. The lovely little seating area outside the entrance invites you to a cup of coffee and a nice morning. You are then welcomed into a bright house. The kitchen is directly to the left with lots of light and open up to the ceiling with spotlighting. Everything is very tasteful and pleasant. In the kitchen there is nothing missing and it is integrated with the living room. From here you also reach a patio door out the back but barbecue and outdoor furniture. Dining table for 4 people is provided along with a sofa and TV. Inside is the house's bathroom which is also bright with shower cabin, toilet and sink. Next door is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm. Here, too, everything very pleasant. The stairs up are led by an oar as a stair railing, which says part of the wonderful sea feeling on the west coast. Then you are up in the sleeping loft with 180 in ceiling height. Up here are two comfortable beds 120 cm wide. Perfect for family or groups of 2-4 people who appreciate both the rural environment and the proximity to the sea. You live very idyllically in a scenic environment and on the slope down to the right there is a larger bathing area with jetties, rocks, grass and sand. You are close to all the nice gems of the west coast Grundsund, Lysekil and all the nice summer gems of the west coast. Bokenäs itself offers flea markets, summer cafés and lots of beautiful places. The house includes 2 guest cottages, which means that you can stay a total of 8 people. The entrance is on the side of the house and you come straight into a lovely living room. The room is spacious with high ceilings and a dining area for at least 6 people. The living room and dining area have an open, pleasant floor plan. Here there are comfortable sofas and armchairs with a TV corner. A small staircase leads you to the kitchen, which has everything you could need. Here, too, there is seating for 6 people. The hall down leads to the bathroom on the left. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower cabin, wc and sink. Straight ahead is the house's one bedroom. It is a very nice bedroom with a double bed. Everything is cleverly planned and you enter a small hall. On the left is a double bed 140 cm wide and screened-off sleeping alcove with cozy lighting. The TV is set up on the wall so you can choose whether you want to lie in bed or sit on the comfortable sofa and watch. The sofa is great comfortable for lazy days that becomes bedable easily via a good and comfortable mattress that is behind the sofa. There is a small table for breakfast with two seats and high chair can be arranged if necessary. The stove is induction cooker, oven and coffee maker. Microwave, coffee maker stands cleverly placed in the nice dark cabinet. The bathroom is bright gray and fresh with sink and wc. Behind the house there is a terrace with sun position where barbecue and outdoor furniture are available as well as sun loungers. The house shares a plot with the homeowner who is welcomed and helpful. The promenade in Uddevalla can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Here there is a child-friendly beach, mini golf, incredible long and nice promenade to Gustafsberg. Gustafsberg is beautiful with the historic cold bath house and the café Snäckan. Welcome to beautiful historic Gustavsberg with the sea inside. The cottage is hidden among greenery and a little secluded with a high position and sea views from the plot. The plot is well hilly and you get there with a staircase up to the top where the accommodation is located. There is an incredible view with its own vantage point over the sea with a bench. The house is combined with simpler style and with more modern elements. You enter the back by the comfortable terrace. There is a dining table for dinners in the shade when the sun is on. The kitchen is integrated with the living room and the kitchen area is since 2021 with induction stove. The house has summer water with hot and cold water. The living room is brightly furnished with pleasant style. Here is a cozy stove that makes the season longer and that crackles well if you want to come here in spring or autumn. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a seating pouf. Next door is a bedroom with a bed of 140 cm. You can glimpse the sea from the window. Straight out there are large windows with sliding doors where you can open up and go straight out into the garden and to the comfortable seating area. The stairs are inviting to a cup of coffee in the morning. In the living room there is a small flap table for breakfast if you do not want to eat it outdoors. The red fine ladder up leads you to the loft. Here those with older children can live and they can hang out by themselves. There is no railing and the ladder is steep. Up there you can see the sea from the comfortable sofa that you can also sleep in. A perfect corner to read in. In the opposite direction, a single bed stands facing the forest. There is no bathroom which makes the house a simpler accommodation with a charm. Outside the entrance is a washing corner, as in the past where you take water out of the kitchen and wash off. The shower is an outdoor shower with a garden hose that is plugged in and there is both hot and cold water. Nice relaxation with nature next door. The toilet is an honest water toilet located in the small red house next door. It looks like an outing but is a regular toilet. In the space next door are all cleaning items such as vacuum cleaners and more. The garden is lush green and the accommodation suits those who want the simple and charming with proximity to swimming, sea and everything that the west coast has to offer. Perfect for the small party with about 3-4 people, this is a very cozy accommodation. The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, not for those with difficulty walking or for those with really young children as it is close to mountains. The house is located high on a mountain but if you have children are happy to supervise them when they walk to the view, for example. Below is a nice swimming spot and you can go out on the island to get more privacy. In the historic Gustavsberg is the cold bath house with a fine sandy beach and grassy areas. Take the opportunity to have coffee at café Snäckan and take the promenade to Uddevalla. There are about 45 by car to most things, to Gothenburg, to Smögen to Lysekil and much more. If you want to swim in the pool, the cottage is very close to Lanbadet. Here you swim in outdoor pools and are a very popular and appreciated outdoor recreation area. Here you can swim in pools during the summer months, including a 50-meter pool with 8 lanes, a play and teaching pool, a splash pool for the smallest and heating showers and changing rooms. In the area there is a large green area that invites you to play and run, playground, badminton net and a sun deck where you can play giant outdoor chess and giant picketinn or read a book in the outdoor library. Welcome to this charming holiday home set in the countryside outside of Ljungskile. This is an old-fashioned style cottage with wooden walls which create a cosy atmosphere. The area is child-friendly and the house offers a beautiful view of the fields and the woodlands. On the bottom floor you will find a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a WC, washbasin, shower. On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms and a comfortable living room with a TV. The washing machine is in a separate building. The landlord lives on s separate plot of land, about 30 metres from your holiday home. Ljungskile is a wonderful coastal town and a popular holiday resort. There are plenty of lovely bathing spots and beaches, for instance Ulvön, Restenäsön, Strandön, Saxenhof,Kungsparken and Lyckorna. Don't miss the dock, Lyckornas brygga, with a marina and a restaurant. There are many concerts here during the summer, with some of Sweden's most famous artists. Why not take a walk on the delightful promenade or catch a boat from the harbour and admire the beautiful archipelago. There's a lovely lake only 1500 metres from the house.
