The accommodation consists of a red main cottage and a modern annex - perfect for a small family or two couples who want to vacation together. Three cottages are located on the same plot, and you as guests have access to the part belonging to the red cottage and the annex, as well as the sauna located between them. The plot can be said to be naturally divided in the middle, and the homeowners, who sometimes visit the third house, do not use the guests' part when the accommodation is rented out. There is plenty of space here to enjoy the view, sunbathe on the terraces or relax in the sauna - all with the sea as a neighbor. The plot has a mixture of mountains and lawn, - remember to keep an eye on younger children. The red cottage has three beds (double bed 180 cm + single bed) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Remember to be economical with the hot water as the boiler is 35l. A spacious but simple kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator is available. The annex with three additional beds (sofa bed + single bed) has large windows and a terrace facing the sea. A pier for crab fishing below the house and a small sandy beach are about 700 meters away. A must-visit! For a longer swimming getaway, the municipal swimming area in Svanesund (5.7 km) is recommended with piers, diving towers and lawn. At an airfield nearby, there is the opportunity to try helicopter flying - a unique experience! As it is an area with a lot of oysters, swimming shoes are a tip to pack! Close to restaurants, entertainment and other services in Svanesund. If you are keen on shopping, Stenungsund has around 60 shops that you can easily reach via a free car ferry. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Feel free to take the ferry to the picturesque islands of Käringön or Gullholmen. Orust is the island of events with festivals, jazz days and lots of activities for both children and adults. About 70 km south lies the city of Gothenburg with the well-known Liseberg amusement park and a vibrant entertainment scene. Welcome to a real west coast gem!

A lovely holiday home with a fantastic location at Östra Stranden in Halmstad. The beautiful, child-friendly beach is just a short walk away, close enough for a morning swim in your bathrobe. Halmstad city centre is only a short drive or bus ride away. In the area, you'll find a summer restaurant, an ice cream café, and the famous Japanese mini-golf course. There are also wonderful walking and cycling paths nearby. South along the coast, you'll reach the Hagön Nature Reserve with its scenic heathland and coastal forest. The ground floor of the cottage has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a modern TV, Chromecast, and Wi-Fi. A small bedroom with a separate entrance from outside has a family bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower. Upstairs, there is a spacious sleeping loft with two single beds. A lovely glazed conservatory includes a dining table and a daybed. Next to it, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The plot is small but surrounded by lush greenery. In the area, there is access to a shared laundry room. The owner also lends out two bicycles free of charge. Halmstad truly has something for everyone. Nature lovers and walkers can explore Prins Bertil’s Trail, which stretches from Halmstad Castle along the coast all the way to the Möllegård Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy Italian ice cream. The trail passes right by the cottage’s property line. If the sea isn’t warm enough, there are outdoor pools for both children and adults at "Brottet". For those interested in fishing, both the nearby Fylleån and the Nissan River, which runs through the city, offer great fishing opportunities (a fishing license is required). Halmstad is also a golfing paradise, with numerous golf courses in the surrounding area.

Start the day by taking the road from the cottage down to the sea for a morning dip and then sit on the terrace and enjoy breakfast coffee and feel the peace and harmony. This little paradise is also for lazy lovely summer days with lots of swimming, sun and socializing, here outside many boats pass and it is easy to put in a kayak from the beach and discover the archipelago outside yourself. Here you can have nice barbecue evenings with pleasant company on the terrace with nature in the knot, also take the opportunity to take the path from the cottage up the mountain where you meet the entire North Sea and can see the sun go down in the northwest. Havstenssund's idyllic fishing village offers the opportunity to buy fresh seafood directly from the boat, lovely baths at several nice bathing spots and in the immediate area there are coastal paths and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago. In this nicely furnished cottage on two levels you are met by a large welcoming hall, living room with TV (channels SVT1 & 2, TV4), kitchen with hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub and a laundry room with washing machine. Here you will find the famous Handelsman Flink with restaurant & café. 9 km to all services in Ellös which also has a very nice swimming area. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is only 5 km from your home. Nöjesstaden Göteborg 70 km. At Orust there are opportunities for many activities - kayaking, diving, fishing, playing golf or just enjoying the tranquility and the beautiful nature. Nice seaside accommodation in Strömstad's southern archipelago Welcome to a nice, sunny accommodation on Öddö, an island just south of Strömstad. Here you live in a pleasant environment with coastal forests, the sea and swimming opportunities just around the corner. Öddö is an island where there are plenty of nice walking trails in lovely environments. Here you can enjoy everything from straight pine forests, sandy beaches to weathered rock outcrops and shingle fields. The islands have several nature reserves and also a national park, Kosterhavet National Park, one of Sweden's most species-rich areas. The cottage with both a seaside location and close to the city is a perfect starting point for exploring Strömstad and the surrounding area. For those of you who want to explore the sea and islands with your own boat, there is also the possibility of borrowing a mooring (size, 2.88 x 6.00 m) by contacting the owner. The cottage is on one level with an open kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living room with dining area, sofa group and wood-burning stove has a large window overlooking nature. There are three bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other a 120 cm single bed and the third with a sofa bed for one person. In the guest cottage on the plot there is a bunk bed for two. Please note that burning in the wood-burning stove in the guest cottage is not allowed. If you want, there is also a sofa bed in the living room if you prefer to sleep here. Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Washing machine is in the adjacent garage building. On the sunny lawn with patio there is outdoor furniture and a grill where you can enjoy cozy breakfasts or relaxing barbecue evenings. Maybe sit and discuss today's adventures or plan for tomorrow's excursions while the sun goes down. The lawn is well-sized so there is room for play and games. On the lawn is also a small annex with a bunk bed. From the cottage it is walking distance to the small cottage area's very own swimming area behind the hills via pine forest down to the sea, if you want larger sandy beaches then just take the bus outside to Saltö a few islands further out in the archipelago. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are located close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. If you want to experience more islands and archipelago environments, there are several different boat charters and boat trips from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area.
