The apartment has its own entrance. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub. Access to a washing machine (shared with the owner) in the basement. The large, bright kitchen has beautiful, older details preserved but is otherwise modern. Large and spacious dining table with space for 7-8 people and everything you need to cook a good dinner. The bedroom with a double bed (160cm) has lovely double doors out to the balcony, which has sun most of the day. There is a passage from the bedroom to the living room which has a sofa, TV, armchair bed (90cm) and single bed (140cm). When the armchair bed is made up, the living room becomes somewhat cramped, but it can also be placed in the bedroom for more space. If you are traveling with a dog, it is not allowed to run loose outdoors. The house is located in a quiet area within walking distance of Skärhamn's cozy harbor. There are restaurants and cafes and the famous Nordiska Akvarellmuseet, which is a Nordic center for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolor techniques. Only 500m to Tubbeviken's child-friendly swimming area with both beach, rocks and pier. Here the children can fish for crabs and play in the sand. You are also close to all other services with many nice restaurants, shops and stores. Several genuine archipelago communities in the vicinity such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund. Welcome to a beautiful archipelago home - a perfect place for a relaxing holiday! Here you live in a well-maintained archipelago villa with heritage, surrounded by green meadows and protected by lush forest. The house has plenty of space with its three floors and approx. 200 m2 of living space. The large, privacy-protected balcony is in a sunny south-facing position and invites you to long, lovely days outdoors. The plot is generous, with space for both play and relaxation, and with parking for several cars, it's easy for the whole party to gather here. The house has three bedrooms – a master bedroom with a double bed (180cm), a room in the basement with a double bed (160cm) and a smaller room upstairs with a single bed (120cm). In the newly built guest house (approx. 15 m2) there is a double bed (180 cm) and a toilet with wc and wash basin. In the main building there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for a comfortable stay. Here, both families and their four-legged friends thrive in a homely and welcoming environment. A short walk of ten minutes takes you to Tubbeviken, a beautiful bathing area with both a sandy beach, cliffs, jumping tower and a sauna for those who want to warm up after a cooling dip. From here it is not far to Rönnäng (12km), where you can jump on an archipelago boat and explore the nearby islands of Dyrön and Åstol. For those interested in golf, there is Tjörn's golf club (10km), and art lovers can visit the Nordic Watercolor Museum nearby (5km).
