Welcome to this spacious holiday home with it's large garden and beautiful view. The house is set by one of Halland's most beautiful country roads and offers a lovely view of lakes and pastures. On the bottom floor you will find two living rooms with one dining table and one TV including Viasat's Silver channel package. The well-equipped kitchen has a small dining area. There is one bedroom on the bottom floor and it features a double bed which can be separated into two singles. There is also a WC and a shower on the bottom floor. In the basement you will find another shower and laundry facilities. The house features two lovely terraces. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with one double bed and two singles. You will also find a small living room up here, with a sofa bed for two. There are excellent fishing possibilities in the area, with plenty of beautiful lakes all around. You can rent a boat from the association “Fiskevårdsföreningen”. Please note that you must buy a fishing license. Golf lovers will enjoy this area because there are several nice golf courses here, for instance Flädje Ullared's golf course, 25 kilometres away. The famous shopping area Gekås in Ullared is just a short drive from the house. This is one of Sweden's most popular shopping destinations.The lovely summer town Falkenberg is 32 kilometres away and the town of Varberg is about the same distance. A spacious and well-equipped house in the small village of Fagered just north of Ullared. The house is fully equipped with many beds and activity space. A perfect accommodation for two families with children. There are nice walking and cycling routes in the area. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. On the ground floor of the house there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and wall-mounted TV. A bathroom with a shower. The spacious living room has a dining table and sofa group as well as a large modern TV with a range of channels and chromecast. There is also a wood-burning stove and an extra bed in the form of a fold-out bedside cabinet. The bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs there is a large, bright living room with comfortable seating and TV. One bedroom has a bunk bed. One bedroom has a sofa bed for two people. There is also a toilet here. In the house's basement there is room for many activities. There are table football games as well as a cinema room which also has three extra beds. One bedroom has a family bed. The laundry room is also located here. Broadband and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. Fagered's community is a small but lively settlement that has fantastic nature. It is approx. 5.8 km to Hjärtaredsjön's nice bathing spot. In the area there are several lakes with good fishing. Ullared is only 7.5 km away. Here there is both a shopping area and restaurants and activities for the whole family. In the area there are both swimming areas, activity parks and fine nature reserves. It is 14 km to the town of Ätran. There is both a restaurant and a shop here. At Lake Esered in the northern part of the community, there is a large leisure area with boat and canoe rentals, outdoor pools and, in winter, very nice ski tracks. There is also a larger swimming area here. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Hofgården's beautifully situated golf club.

In the middle of one of Halland's finest natural areas lies this genuine holiday home. To drink your morning coffee with nature as your nearest neighbor and listen to the birds' beautiful song while enjoying the relaxing environment. Here you have the seclusion and proximity to Åkulla beech forests' all wonderful hiking trails and sights. The cottage is located individually, surrounded by protective forest. From the entrance at the small veranda with a roof, you enter the hall. Already here you can feel the atmosphere of a cozy and embracing holiday home. To the left is a newly renovated bathroom with shower. In the large cottage, there is a spacious dining area, a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed (for two people), wall TV with chromecast and a lovely warming wood burning stove. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh with a dishwasher and there’s also a dining area. At the far entrance, there is a storage room with washing machine and a small hall / main entrance. The generous plot, framed by the large forest and in summer lined with wild daffodils, has a patio with both garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. There is room for all the family's activities. The forest has a rich wildlife and do not be surprised if one or two moose appear near your cottage. In Åkulla you can find Åkulla beech forests “Åkulla Bokskogar”, which is are a very attractive area. There are many nice places to visit and many hiking trails. Visit Bockstensmannen's grave and Bexel's talking stones. For those who are interested in fishing, can find several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. Fishing license is required. The closest ones are Svarten, Boksjön and Stora Mellsjön. Also pay a visit to the nice summer town of Varberg with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down to the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. At the lake Yasjön there is a restaurant and the opportunity to rent a boat and canoe as well as a swimming area. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. In the area, there is also Ästad winery and Öströö sheep farm, which offers a variety of activities. A short drive away you will find Ullared's giant shopping center. There is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. A drive to the coast and you reach the lovely summer town of Falkenberg with its nice beaches and cozy shops, cafes and restaurants. For those interested in golf, Hofgård Golf Club is the closest.

Welcome to a real treat in the idyllic Källsjö, about 1 mile from the Gekås shopping center in Ullared. This old croft has been carefully renovated over the last 5 years, with the old charm well preserved. Here you will find all the rooms furnished with warmth, care and feeling. The cottage with its farmhouse is located separately and has a spacious plot with several sitting areas, a large lawn and its own barbecue area. A new, beautiful small country fence has been put up around the entire plot. At the nearby lake Barken there is a fine sandy beach, long docks and access to your own boat. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a warming stove. To the right from the entrance is a livingroom with a sofa bed for two people. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with shower and new washing machine. The second floor is reached via a small, steep staircase with a low ceiling. Up there is a family room and a small bedroom with two single beds. In the annex, right next to the main building itself, there are two bedrooms furnished for accommodation during the summer. On the ground floor there is a bunk bed and on the second floor a bedroom with two single beds Electricity is included and a gas element is available for use should it be required. Adjacent to the apartment, a charming outhouse has been built that can be used in an EMERGENCY. Torpet is 10 km from Gekås shopping center in Ullared. Nearby there is incredibly beautiful nature with, among other things, Akulla beech forests with many fine hiking trails. Those who play golf are close to several golf courses. The famous seaside resorts of Varberg and Falkenberg are about 40 minutes away by car. Train connection to the big city of Gothenburg is 45 minutes from Varberg.
