A very pleasant holiday home located in a small cottage area without a thoroughfare and with the sea within easy reach. The cottage with its newly built annex is perfect for the large family, or two families. You are close to beach meadows and nature reserves as well as Träslövsläge with its picturesque harbor and nice beach. In the main cottage you enter the entrance and have a modern, well-equipped kitchen with smaller dining area on the right. To the left is a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a comfortable underfloor heating. The large cottage is spacious with comfortable seating, TV and a built-in wood burning stove that provides both a cozy factor and wonderful warmth on slightly chilly evenings. There is also access to several board games for evenings and rainy days. There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. From the living room you have access through double doors to a lovely glazed conservatory with a spacious dining table. A perfect room for late dinners and communal meals. Outside there is a spacious wooden deck with several outdoor furniture and barbecue. Choose side for morning sun or evening sun. In a brand new annex there is an open living room with kitchenette. A bathroom with shower and a bedroom, open to the living room. There is a seating area, dining table and TV. A small patio is also being built here. The cottage has free wifi (from April to September), but the coverage in the annex is uncertain. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Just south is Galtabäck's small harbor and its fine boat museum. There is a small, more private beach a short walk away, at Varberg's old market town. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. If you go south, you will soon reach the nice summer town of Falkenberg with its fine selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Here is also the fantastic long sandy beach at Skrea. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk, the western course.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located near the sea in beautiful Åsa. Cottage with several balconies, lawn for play and games and a separate conservatory. From here you can reach both Gothenburg's city life with Liseberg or Ullared for the shopping oven within 60 minutes. Large areas both outdoors and inside make the house feel very airy and lovely. The interior is in a modern and robust style. Beautiful large hall with a crystal chandelier that welcomes. Guest toilet with bath and toilet is adjacent to the entrance. A large and spacious well-equipped kitchen with both wine cooler, coffee machine and dining area. Large laundry room inside the kitchen with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Living room with sofas, large TV and cozy armchairs in front of the wood burning stove. Another living room is available, decorated in English style, with its own bar counter and warming wood burning stove with club armchairs. Here you enjoy a glass together before dinner after all the day's activities. Here you also come out to a wind-protected terrace with a glazed conservatory decorated with wicker furniture for evening coziness. At the front of the house there are several patios with lounge furniture, dining area and breakfast table in both sun and shade. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed - 180cm. Inside there is a private bathroom with corner bath (without bubbles), shower & toilet and sauna for 4 people. The second bedroom has a double bed that is 210 cm. This room also has a rollaway bed (child). In the last bedroom there is a double bed that is 160cm. Adjacent outside the bedrooms is another bathroom with toilet and shower. In the hall there is a sofa bed that can easily be converted into a double bed by pulling out the bed. The owner has 2 additional tent beds. In total, there are 6 regular beds and two more beds in the double sofa bed and 2 extra beds = 10 sleeping places. There are two portable weber grills and a muurikka frying oan that runs on gas. NOTE: be sure to turn it off after each use! In the surrounding areas there are nice shops with everything from gift items, ice cream café and home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer. From Gottskär you can look at the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen. Near the cottage is the beautiful nature reserve Ölmanäs where you can walk and read about the area. Welcome to a real treat in the idyllic Källsjö, about 1 mile from the Gekås shopping center in Ullared. This old croft has been carefully renovated over the last 5 years, with the old charm well preserved. Here you will find all the rooms furnished with warmth, care and feeling. The cottage with its farmhouse is located separately and has a spacious plot with several sitting areas, a large lawn and its own barbecue area. A new, beautiful small country fence has been put up around the entire plot. At the nearby lake Barken there is a fine sandy beach, long docks and access to your own boat. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a warming stove. To the right from the entrance is a livingroom with a sofa bed for two people. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with shower and new washing machine. The second floor is reached via a small, steep staircase with a low ceiling. Up there is a family room and a small bedroom with two single beds. In the annex, right next to the main building itself, there are two bedrooms furnished for accommodation during the summer. On the ground floor there is a bunk bed and on the second floor a bedroom with two single beds Electricity is included and a gas element is available for use should it be required. Adjacent to the apartment, a charming outhouse has been built that can be used in an EMERGENCY. Torpet is 10 km from Gekås shopping center in Ullared. Nearby there is incredibly beautiful nature with, among other things, Akulla beech forests with many fine hiking trails. Those who play golf are close to several golf courses. The famous seaside resorts of Varberg and Falkenberg are about 40 minutes away by car. Train connection to the big city of Gothenburg is 45 minutes from Varberg.

A cozy, charming and well-kept holiday home, overlooking the Ätrafors dam. Only 50m from the lake and the small bathing area and the dock where there is a rowboat. A rural idyll in a small cottage area close to bathing and fishing as well as the great shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. The cottage has a spacious plot, surrounded by woods and lush green pastures. From the entrance on the back of the cottage you have a small hall and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with dining area. A larger bedroom with two single beds and seating. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, modern flat screen TV and a heated wood burning stove. From the living room you have access to a glazed outdoor space. Here you enjoy the slightly cooler evenings and a beautiful view of the lake. Outdoor furniture and grill you have on the plot. Ätraforsdammen, with connection to Ätran, has a nice public bathing area with toilets, dock and rest area. There are also fishing opportunities. Nice salmon fishing you have in Ätrans fishing area, fishing license is required. A short drive away you will find Ullared's gigantic shopping centers. A short drive and you reach the beautiful summer town Falkenberg with its beautiful beaches and cozy shops, cafes and restaurants. In the area there are several excursions, including Åkalla bokskogar, Öströös sheep farm and Ästad vineyard. For the golf enthusiasts you have the Ullared / Flädje golf club at a convenient distance.
