From the cottage you have several lovely walking paths in the area and a number of small bathing areas. A very good starting point for excursions to all the area's destinations. The cottage has a well-preserved, charming interior of "retro style". From the entrance hall in the small hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A smaller bedroom has a single bed. Storstugan has large windows overlooking the roaring waters of the river. It includes comfortable seating areas and a modern TV. There are two more bedrooms. One with a bubble bed and one with two single beds. The kitchen is open and includes a dining area. The terrace is partially overbuilt and gives you a magical view of the water. In the immediate vicinity is Kvarnen, a popular destination with a summer café and exciting swimming area. Note: The house is not for rent to youth groups. The nature around Knäred offers nice mushroom places and berry fields andmany nice destinations and nature experiences. Make a visit to Vippentorpet, a high-loft cottage from the late 1600s. To Laholm it is only a short journey. There is a nice trade and a drawing museum. In the city, Lagan meands out to sea, here is a nice salmon fishing. Fishing license is required. A bit from Laholm you will find the long sandy beaches of Mellbystrand.To the north you have Halmstad, which is a lovely summer town. Tylösand's white beaches and salty baths attract many bathers. From the entrance you enter a small hall. To the left is a newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There are two bedrooms, both with each a double bed (one is 140cm wide). In the centre of the cottage there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a wood stove. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two, a modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. The beautiful tiled stove is like a work of art and can be burned in during some rough, chilly evenings. From here you come out to a charming glass veranda and then on out to the terrace. In the nearby barn there is a decorated very cozy little party room. Here you set up for the party and evening meals in the light of candlelight and light loops. The plot includes everything you see around the cottage and there is also a smaller pond. Beyond the cottage, a small forest path leads down to the small Lövsjön. The forest is rich in wild game. I'm sure you'll see both elk and deer. In the forest there is also rich supply of mushrooms. The area has a unique nature consisting of both forests, mountains and lakes. Here you live close to the sea, nature and attractions such as Tjolöholm Castle, A short drive from the cottage is Äskhults village, a living cultural heritage. There is also a lovely café. Fjärås Bräcka is a powerful ice strip formation that rises 60 meters above sea level. Here attracts a fantastic view, walks, swimming and fishing. Visit Li's burial ground, Halland's largest, with over 100 bautastenar from the Iron Age. At naturum, which is open all year round, you can see an exhibition about Fjärås Bräcka's education and the popular café serves homemade, organic and locally grown. Also visit Kungsbacka and Hede Fashion Outlet. Gottskär has a picturesque harbour with several cozy restaurants. Insjöbad can be found both in the large Navsjön at Björketorp and in lake Lyngern. Havsbad is only a short drive away, at Tjolöholm Castle or in Gottskär. For those who are interested in fishing, there are several lakes in the area that offer good fishing. You have found a holiday home beyond the ordinary. A completely renovated, beautiful and modernly equipped house by the beautiful lake Unnen. You have your own jetty and terrace right by the water as well as a sauna and barbecue hut on the plot. A spacious house for several families or larger groups. Both rowing boats and canoes are available for fishing trips and experiences on the lake. Enjoy the lake's sparkling water, feel calm and hear the birds singing from the jetty and terrace. The entrance to the house is through a beautiful glass porch. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four and three beds respectively. Towards the lake there is a modern open kitchen and a large lovely dining area. There is one highchair for kids to use. A glazed conservatory with comfortable lounge furniture large modern TV and a lovely view of the lake. On the terrace you can almost dip your feet in the water. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. Here you can have thing out on the lawn. But for everyone's comfort, let the robotic lawnmower take care of the rest of the large lawn. Lake Unnen has a nice fishing. There is plenty of time for large pike, pikeperch and perch. Fishing license required. In the community there is everything you need for your stay. The public bathing area has both a jetty and toilets. Across the road is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Make a visit to the nearby Bäckahästen's stone oven bakery. A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here is everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, it is possible to rent a boat and book trolling. At the lake Yasjön there is a restaurant and the opportunity to rent a boat and canoe as well as a swimming area. In winter there are beautiful ski trails etc. In the area, there is also Ästad winery and Öströö sheep farm, which offers a variety of activities. A short drive away you will find Ullared's giant shopping center. There is also a popular swimming lake with a jetty and diving tower. Enjoy wonderful summer days and evenings overlooking the salt-sprinkled sea. After a short walk along the sea you come to a larger public bathing area with a small summer shop. Proximity to both Falkenberg and Varberg. The cottage is located at the end of the small road down to the sea. From the entrance you have a bathroom with both shower and washing machine and dryer. To the right is a larger bedroom with a double bed. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. Within easy reach you have Träslövsläge with its idyllic harbor, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, mini golf and the very well-attended ice cream bar Tre Toppar where people are happy to stand in line to buy the good ice cream. There is also a nice beach. Varberg is a real summer town with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer town. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Varbergs Gk. The cottage is not rented to youth groups. Towels are included when booking bed linen.

Only 450 m away from the beautiful sandy beach you will find this lovely summer paradise with a cozy wood burning stove, two patios and a large garden. Located in the south part of Varberg municipality, in Björkäng and is only 300 m away from the closest shop and restaurant The holiday home is the perfect setting for families with children, there is a playground not far away and the garden in enclosed. There is only 7km to Tvååker and 13km to Varberg, where you can find everything you would like, both cultural like the fort of Varberg and the many restaurants and nightlife of the city. Why don’t you visit the play land in Himle only 7km away from Björkäng, and when you are on it you can take the opportunity to take a detour through the old Träsklövläge with its fine old wooden church and fresh fish. Northwest of Varberg lies Getterön with one of the best bird premises with exhibition, shop and café with an amazing view over the surrounding area. If you want to go and shop you can take a trip to Ullared which is approximately 33km away and shop in the famous Ge-kås or other shops which has large selections of goods. Welcome to this fresh cottage renovated in 2010 with furnishings in lovely colors. Located right outside Unnaryd Village. The lively community by the Lake Unnen offers excellent fishing opportunities in the lake abundant with pike and perch. When you enter the cottage, you enter the hall with its beautifully painted doors and a practical tiled floor. In the living room is the kitchen area with two hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a sink. A nice, old iron stove is located between the kitchen and living room. The living room also has a tiled stove that provides great warmth. There are also two beds placed together as a double bed. The bathroom is modern with a shower. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping loft with low ceiling height about 140 cm and a double bed. You live on the same farm as the property owner and share the large plot of 4000 square meters. On the farm, there are also a number of free-range hens. There is an electric motor to rent on site from the homeowner for a fee. In Unnaryd there is a nice bathing place with jetties. Children will enjoy a trip to the ice cream factory in Slöinge, with it's ice cream café and outlet.
