The perfect accommodation for family and friends who want to experience the beautiful Ronneby archipelago for real. Wonderful nature to stroll in along the sea and Ekenäs child-friendly beach with a jetty just a couple of hundred meters away. The house has a view of the harbor where the rowing boat for your own use during your stay is moored and available for a trip to beautiful Karö. Archipelago traffic boats leave daily during the summer from the harbor and several other jetties along the Ronneby River. The house, which is located on a secluded part of the owner's property, has its own lawn outside the door but has access to a larger area with a football goal if you want. In the hall there is space for outerwear and shoes. Further into the house is a large, bright living room with a double bed and sofa in front of a TV with Swedish channels on offer. Opposite is a smaller but cozy room without a door with two beds in a bunk bed. The well-equipped kitchen for self-catering also has a dining table to eat and gather at for communal moments if the weather does not allow it outside on the furnished terrace. In a separate building next to the house there is the private toilet with shower. There is a high chair and bed on request to borrow from the owner. Please inform us before arrival. Right next to the house is a playground, restaurant, café & ice cream kiosk that is open from May to late summer. More shopping and services can be found in the center of Ronneby with its historical charm and in the shopping area "Viggen" in the northern part of the city. Outdoor adventure pool in Ronneby Brunnspark with water slide and indoor spa facility at Brunnshotellet. The park is known for its wonderful vegetation, ponds with waterfalls and turn-of-the-century buildings with houses from the time as a health well. There is mini golf and an outdoor gym to get active with and exhibitions, flea markets and music events are also arranged during the summer. Fantastic location for family and friends to create holiday memories in a nice and quiet villa area within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and attractions in Ronneby. Child and dog friendly garden that is fenced with a low fence for small dogs, pets other than dogs are not allowed. In the garden there are several furnished patios to enjoy your time off and can be varied according to the weather and the course of the sun. Lovely, warm baths can be enjoyed in the hot tub on one of the house's terraces. The main entrance at the back of the house has a combined hall and laundry room. Further into the well-equipped kitchen there is also a large dining table with high chair for the smallest guest and toys, games and books to use. The open plan into the living room with another table and chairs to gather around also has a spacious sofa in front of the TV with chromecast. A mattress is available on one side of the sofa to use as an extra bed. Front door to furnished terrace and with stairs down to the street. In the hall there is an entrance to a tiled bathroom with shower next to the cozy bedroom with double bed and good storage in wardrobes with sliding doors. A staircase leads you to the upper floor which has a bedroom with a hotel feel. Here there is space for a travel cot and plenty of storage in cupboards and drawers along the walls of the room. Both bedrooms have electrically adjustable beds for the perfect night's sleep. Fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and small bathtub. With a few minutes' walk from the home to the train and bus station, you can get to this holiday resort with its history from the turn of the century in an environmentally friendly way. Beautifully preserved buildings in the city are reminiscent of these times as a health resort. Brunnsparken offers rich vegetation and flowers but also a well-attended flea market on Sundays and other events during the summer. With a packed picnic basket, you can take a day trip from the city center by boat via the Ronneby River to the archipelago. Ronneby Brunnshotell has something for everyone with an outdoor water slide and a spa with heated indoor pools.
