Welcome to a wonderful house at Solliden/Borgholm, located in the cozy idyllic Borgehage where you only have a 1200m walk down to the nice swimming area with a jetty. Here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet while having Borgholm and Köpingsvik close by. To Borgholm (4.5km) there is a smaller road via Solliden and Borgholm Castle Ruins. In the large, pleasant garden you have several nice patios. So why not enjoy the morning sun in the secluded patio at the front, have lunch under the large pear tree. Seek afternoon shade on the patio by the lilac arbor and enjoy the evening sun on the magically beautiful patio made of Öland stone. There are also sun loungers where you can lean back and enjoy the day. You have an open kitchen with a nice dining area where you can prepare your meals. In the beautiful living room, the ceiling is open up to the eaves, which gives a lovely space and airiness. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and armchairs in front of the TV. In the main house there is a beautiful bedroom where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. There is also a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed one floor up. Note that there is a steep staircase to the loft and that the ceiling is low. The sofa in the living room can be made into a sofa bed. In the garden there is a nice guest house with a double bed. The bathroom with washing machine is cleverly placed so that it can also be reached via a door from the outside for those sleeping in the guest house. 3 bicycles in existing condition are on site. You are responsible for these and must return them in good condition. The house is not rented to young people under 25 years of age. Nor for loud parties. Not allowed to charge electric cars. If you want larger beaches, Köpingsvik is close. Kappeludden on the eastern side is also recommended. In the vicinity there is Solliden with its fine Slottscafé and Borgholm's astonishing castle ruins. Both Solliden and the ruins host musical events, which makes the accommodation perfect as you are only a short walk away.

Cozy apartment in Rälla where you are close to the forest and the sea. Here you also live perfectly with the proximity to Färjestaden and Borgholm. You can walk through the Rälla-Ekerums Nature Reserve down to the sea. Here you can enjoy nature and when the season allows, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms. There is also a nice outdoor gym. You have 3km down to Stora Rör's harbor and swimming area. There is also Mormors Stenugnsbageri and Kaffestuga which is nicely located by the sea. Their bistro is open in the summertime. The apartment has a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy. You have an open living room with a sofa, a fold-out dining table and the nice kitchen area with hotplates, microwave and fridge and freezer. A staircase leads you up to the open cozy sleeping loft where you sleep in a comfortable double bed. The sofa downstairs is a sofa bed for two people. You have a fresh bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin. When using the sleeping loft, the accommodation is not suitable for small children or the disabled. Charging station for electric cars is available for an additional fee. There is also a charging station on the other side of the road at Rälla Sport & Fritid. The house is located in a nice, leafy courtyard with its own part of the garden. There is also a nice pergola with outdoor furniture that you are welcome to use. The long sandy beaches in Köpingsvik are 15 minutes away by car. It is 15 km to Borgholm where you can stroll around the shops and enjoy a variety of fine restaurants and ice cream parlors. Don't miss Borgholm Castle Ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. There are also plenty of good restaurants in Färjestaden. There is also Skansen Spa here if you want to enjoy a day at the spa. At Ekerums Golf Club (3.5 km) you will get both a nice golf and dining experience.

Lovely pleasant house where you can enjoy the proximity to the sea and the scenic surroundings at Halltorp on Öland. It is a nice walk of 840m through open landscape and forest down to the sea where there is outdoor furniture. So bring a glass of wine or a picnic and enjoy the sunset. You have a large lovely garden with outdoor furniture and a nice patio deck where you can hang out and enjoy the holidays and summer. The house has a large living room with open kitchen, dining area and a small living area with TV. You sleep in two bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room can be made into a bed of 115 cm, with room for two who wants to sleep close together. Not rented out to youth groups. Charging of electric cars is not permitted There are nice baths nearby. The nearest large bathing area is Ekerum. But you are also close to Köpingsvik's extensive beaches. You only have 10 km to Borgholm, which offers a variety of restaurants, ice cream cafés, shops and events during the summer. If you want to enjoy fine food, there is also Halltorp's inn within walking distance. Buses to Borgholm also stop near the inn. For those interested in golf, there are fine golf courses at Ekerum Golfklubb 2.5 km away.

You live perfectly with just 1.6 km to Köpingsvik's extensive beaches and 2 km to Borgholm where you can enjoy the atmosphere and the large selection of restaurants, shops and events. Please note that the house is not rented out to youth groups or for parties. You have a lovely glazed conservatory with infrared heating and a balcony where you can hang out and enjoy the holiday. The house has a large living room with a kitchen area, dining area and a living area. The main house has three bedrooms. One with two beds that can be put together to make a double bed, the second with a single bed and the third with a bunk bed. You also have the nice guest cabin with a bunk bed where you sleep in an upper bunk and two lower bunks. Note that there is only one bathroom for the entire party. TV screen available.
